What kinds of tours does Voyzo offer?
Voyzo offers day tours and multi-day tours: 3,115 day tours and 685 multi-day tours in 166 destinations across 87 countries, including London, Dublin, Berlin, Paris and Venice. Four of them are shared tours, where you join other travelers; the rest are private tours for your group only.
What is the difference between a private tour and a shared tour?
A private tour is run for your group only, with a pace and itinerary you can adjust, and on most tours a private vehicle and door-to-door pickup in the tour's pickup area. A shared tour puts you with other travelers on a set itinerary and departure time, which can cost less per person but is less flexible.
Can I book a tour online?
Yes, where a tour shows live availability. 165 tours currently have an online calendar with prices: choose a date and send your booking request, and Voyzo confirms availability by email. Prices shown are “from” prices until the booking is confirmed. For every other tour, send a quote request and the Voyzo team replies with pricing for your dates and group size.
How do I request a quote?
Use the quote form on this page or on any tour page: tell us the destination, your dates, your group size and whether you prefer a private or shared tour. Sending a request does not book anything or take a payment.
Can I ask for a shared tour?
Yes. Four shared tours are listed on the site: filter by Shared on the tours page, or choose “Shared tour” in the quote form with your destination and dates and the Voyzo team will tell you which shared options are available. If none fit, a private tour for your group is always an alternative.
How much does a tour cost?
Prices depend on the tour, the number of travelers, the vehicle and the length of the trip, so Voyzo does not publish one flat price. Group-priced tours with online booking (airport transfers are priced separately) start from US$999 in total for the group size shown on the tour page; per-person experiences start from US$70 per person. Every other tour is quoted for your dates and group size.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Tours with online booking show their cancellation terms on the tour page before you pay. For every booking, the cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided when the booking is confirmed (see section 7 of the Terms & Conditions). For a quoted tour, ask the Voyzo team about changes before you confirm.
Is hotel pickup included?
Most private tours include door-to-door pickup within the pickup area shown on the tour page, usually your hotel, home or the airport. In car-free destinations such as Venice, your guide meets you where you are staying. The exact pickup arrangement and any limits are listed on each tour page.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Can I customize a tour?
Private tours can be reshaped: change stops, timing or pace, or start from a blank page. Tell us what you would like to see in the quote form and the team builds the day around it. Tours with online booking follow the itinerary and add-ons shown on the tour page.
