Guests who want the extras built in

Hotel pickups across the Greater Toronto Area
The vehicle collects guests from their hotels in a staggered round. Your own pickup time depends on your hotel and is confirmed by email; be ready a few minutes early.
-
Morning
Drive to Niagara Falls
From downtown Toronto the drive takes about 1.5 hours in normal traffic and much longer at rush hour or on a busy weekend; collecting other guests first adds time at the start of the day.
-
About 11:00 to 11:30 AM
Arrive at the Canadian side of the Falls
The group arrives at Niagara Falls, where the Horseshoe Falls drop about 57 metres (188 feet). From arrival to the Parkway drive at about 2:00 PM the timetable allows about 2.5 to 3 hours at the Falls, including the boat ride and the free-time block below.
-
About 11:35 AM, about 20 min
Boat ride to the base of the Horseshoe Falls (in season)
A Niagara City Cruises Voyage to the Falls of about 20 minutes, with a complimentary poncho. It runs seasonally, weather permitting. When it is not operating, Journey Behind the Falls is the planned stand-in where its published hours allow (see the season guide), and we confirm what applies to your date when your booking is confirmed. At peak times the operator warns of line-ups to board, so the sailing time can move.
-
About 12:00 to 1:45 PM, about 1 h 45 min
Free time at the Falls and lunch (not included)
About an hour and three quarters to eat lunch at your own cost, shop and explore at your own pace. Table Rock Welcome Centre, at the brink of the Horseshoe Falls, and Clifton Hill, about a 10 to 15-minute walk away through Queen Victoria Park, are two places to start.
-

-
About 2:45 PM

-
About 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM
Drop-off at your hotel
Back at the hotel where you were collected, traffic permitting. The drive from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Toronto is about 1.5 hours in normal traffic, and from November it is in the dark. Your own drop-off time depends on your hotel and on traffic.
In late autumn and winter some stops change. The boat ride runs on reduced hours and later not at all, so Journey Behind the Falls is the planned stand-in where its published hours allow; the Floral Clock planting is out of season; the winery stop falls near sunset and the drive home is in the dark. We confirm which stops run on your date when your booking is confirmed.
Niagara Falls Tourism puts the drive from Toronto at about an hour and a half in normal traffic, with rush hour and busy weekends taking much longer.

| Item | When | Notes | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Niagara City Cruises boat ride | Seasonal, roughly spring to late autumn | About 20 minutes, weather permitting. Niagara Parks' published 2026 hours were longest from May to early September, shorter through autumn and reduced from late November, with no sailings listed from early January. Sources differ on the closing date, so we confirm which applies to your date. When the boat is not operating, Journey Behind the Falls is the planned stand-in where its published hours allow. | niagaraparks.com |
| Journey Behind the Falls | Year-round, per Niagara Parks | An elevator takes you down about 38 metres (125 feet) to tunnels and viewing portals beside the Horseshoe Falls. Niagara Parks lists it as year-round and says it stays open during a multi-year upgrade, but its online hours show no opening times for April and May (as in 2026) or from January 2027, so we confirm that it is open on your date. | niagaraparks.com |
| Floral Clock | May to October | A Niagara Parks floral display with a face about 12 metres (40 feet) across, built in 1950. The planting is changed twice a year and is on show from May to October. | niagaraparks.com |
| Daylight on the drive home | Clocks go back on 1 November 2026 | Sunset in Niagara Falls is about 6:30 PM in mid-October, about 4:50 PM in mid-November and about 4:40 PM in mid-December. From November the winery stop falls near sunset and the drive back to Toronto is in the dark. | aa.usno.navy.mil |
| Winery tasting | Guests 19 and over; hours vary by winery and season | The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19, so younger guests are offered grape juice where the winery provides it. Winery tasting-room hours vary by winery and season, so the tasting stop is confirmed when you book. | agco.ca |

Cancellation and changes
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee. The cancellation terms that apply come with your booking confirmation; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the tour date. Need a different date? Contact us before the 24-hour cutoff and we will do our best to reschedule, subject to availability.
Times and details are indicative
Indicative: we confirm the details in your booking confirmation. Everything operational on this page, from the pickup window and stop order to the vehicle and the inclusions, follows the listed timetable as checked on 12 October 2026, and traffic, weather, closures or the season can change it. The photos are illustrative destination photos: some are taken from high viewpoints that this tour does not visit, and the winery tasting and the Floral Clock are not pictured.
How a request works
- Choose your date and who is travelling. Book at least 24 hours before your tour date. The calendar shows a single 9:00 AM time; your hotel pickup time depends on your hotel.
- Send your request. Your booking is a request until we confirm availability by email, as soon as possible after we receive it. The calendar has no hotel field: after you send your request, email your hotel's name and address to info@voyzo.com.
- Get your trip details. After confirmation we email your hotel pickup time and the vehicle details before the tour.
Children, infants and seniors
Tickets come in four age bands: adults (13+), seniors (60+ years), children (3-12 years) and infants (0-2 years), the last listed at US$0. Please give the ages of any children when you request your date. Seating for infants and the child seats available are confirmed in writing with your booking confirmation. Ontario law requires approved child seats by weight and age in most vehicles, with exemptions for some for-hire vehicles. Strollers cannot go inside Journey Behind the Falls, the boat ride's planned stand-in.
The wine tasting and the legal age
The tasting is at a local winery that the listing does not name; we confirm it when you book. The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19, so younger guests cannot be served wine and are offered grape juice where the winery provides it; photo ID may be asked for. The listing does not mention ice wine, so we do not promise it.
Accessibility
Our listing has no confirmed accessibility details yet for the vehicle, the hotel pickup or the stops. If anyone in your party uses a wheelchair or a walker, or finds stairs difficult, email info@voyzo.com before you request your date and we will find out what can be arranged. Niagara Parks describes Journey Behind the Falls, the boat ride's planned stand-in, as partially accessible: an elevator serves an accessible tunnel and the upper deck, and stairs lead to the lower deck.
What to bring and the weather
Wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers: spray from the Falls can soak you in any season, and the boat ride provides a poncho. Niagara Falls averages about 22 degrees Celsius in July and about -4 in January (Environment Canada, 1981-2010 normals). Lunch is not included. Whether gratuities are expected is confirmed when you book. Everything stays in Canada, so there is no border crossing, but carry photo ID.
What changes with the season
The boat ride typically runs from spring to late autumn, weather permitting, and when it is not operating Journey Behind the Falls is the planned stand-in where its published hours allow. The Floral Clock is on show from May to October. We publish no switch-over dates because they vary from year to year and between sources. We have not confirmed a published year-round schedule for this tour (the booking calendar showed dates open for the following months, which is not a confirmed schedule), so email us before you request a winter date; we confirm which stops apply to your date when your booking is confirmed. From November the winery stop falls near sunset and the drive home is in the dark.
Vehicle, guide, language and group size
This is a small-group shared tour that the listing describes as guided. The vehicle matches the number of guests booked for the day (the listing mentions an SUV, a Sprinter van or a 23-seat mini-coach). We confirm the maximum group size, the guide, the commentary language and the vehicle's features in writing with your booking confirmation.
Who you book with
You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, which remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com. The meeting point, departure time and vehicle details are confirmed in writing when your booking is confirmed.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the Niagara Falls boat and winery day tour from Toronto cost?
The tour costs US$249 per adult (13 and over), US$214 per senior (60 and over) and US$199 per child (3 to 12), and the calendar lists infants aged 0 to 2 at US$0. Fares are per person, in US dollars, with no added taxes (booking calendar, checked 12 October 2026). The fares do not cover lunch, optional attractions or other extras. Pick your guests and date in the booking calendar to send your request.
Does this Niagara Falls day tour include a boat cruise and a winery tasting?
Yes, the tour includes a wine tasting at a local winery and a Niagara City Cruises boat ride when it is operating (typically spring to late autumn). The boat ride is weather dependent, and on other dates we confirm in your booking confirmation what takes its place; Journey Behind the Falls is the planned stand-in where its published hours allow (see the season guide). The tasting comes on the Niagara-on-the-Lake leg of the day, after a drive along the Niagara Parkway past the Whirlpool Rapids.
Is this a small-group tour, and is it shared or private?
The Niagara Falls boat and winery day tour is a small-group shared tour, not a private one: you join other guests on a set itinerary and departure. The vehicle is sized to the group, from an SUV or van to a mini-coach (indicative), and the maximum group size, the vehicle features and the guide's language are confirmed when your booking is confirmed. Because a shared departure needs a minimum number of guests, your date is also confirmed by email. For your own vehicle and a schedule you control, see Voyzo's Niagara Falls Private Tour from Toronto.
How long is the tour, and what time does it get back to Toronto?
The tour takes about 10 hours from hotel pickup to hotel drop-off: pickup is at about 8:15 to 9:15 AM and the return is at about 6:15 to 7:15 PM, traffic permitting. The drive between downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls covers about 125 to 130 km and takes roughly 1.5 hours each way in normal traffic, and at rush hour or on busy weekends it can take much longer. Every time here is indicative and confirmed when you book.
What is the hour-by-hour itinerary?
The Niagara Falls boat and winery day tour runs from hotel pickups at about 8:15 to 9:15 AM to hotel drop-off at about 6:15 to 7:15 PM, and every time here is indicative. In between come Niagara Falls at about 11:00 to 11:30 AM, the boat ride (in season) at about 11:35 AM, lunch and free time at about 12:00 to 1:45 PM, the Niagara Parkway at about 2:00 PM, the Whirlpool Rapids at about 2:15 PM, the Floral Clock (planted May to October) at about 2:45 PM, a roadside chapel photo stop at about 3:15 PM, and Niagara-on-the-Lake with the winery tasting at about 3:45 PM.
How much time do we get at Niagara Falls?
You get about 2.5 to 3 hours at Niagara Falls in total, from arrival at about 11:00 to 11:30 AM until the Niagara Parkway drive at about 2:00 PM (indicative). That period holds the boat ride in season, which takes about 20 minutes and is listed for about 11:35 AM, and a lunch and free-time block of about 12:00 to 1:45 PM. Table Rock Welcome Centre sits at the brink of the Horseshoe Falls and Clifton Hill is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Table Rock Centre, so you choose how to spend the free time.
Is there a wine tasting on this day tour from Toronto, and do we stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake?
The tour includes a wine tasting at a local winery at about 3:45 PM (indicative), paired with a drive through Niagara-on-the-Lake, whose historic district was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 2004. The winery, the wines poured and the length of the tasting are confirmed when your booking is confirmed, and free time on foot in Old Town is not promised. Ice wine is not part of the tasting description, so we do not promise it.
Do I need to be 19 to taste the wine?
Yes, you need to be 19 or older to be served wine at the tasting, because the legal drinking age in Ontario is 19. Guests under 19, including children on the tour, can usually have grape juice where the winery provides it, and guests who prefer not to drink can still join the stop. Carry photo ID, as a winery may ask for proof of age. Tasting formats and hours vary by winery, so we confirm what is offered when your booking is confirmed.
Do you pick up from my hotel, and which hotels are covered?
Yes, the tour picks up guests from hotels in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), meaning the City of Toronto and the regions of Durham, Halton, Peel and York; for a hotel near the edge of that area, such as in Brock, Georgina or Clarington, ask us first. Only hotels are listed as pickup places. The booking calendar has no hotel field, so after you send your request, email your hotel's name and address to info@voyzo.com. We confirm your pickup time by email when your booking is confirmed.
What time is hotel pickup?
Hotel pickups run in a listed window of about 8:15 to 9:15 AM (indicative), and they are staggered by hotel, so your own time depends on where you are staying. We confirm your pickup time by email when your booking is confirmed. The booking calendar offers a single 9:00 AM time for the tour, which is not necessarily your pickup time.
Can I be picked up from a home, the airport or outside the GTA, and where is drop-off?
Pickup from a home, an airport terminal, another address or a hotel outside the Greater Toronto Area is not listed for this tour, so email info@voyzo.com before you book and we will say whether it is possible. Drop-off is planned at the hotel where you were picked up, at about 6:15 to 7:15 PM, traffic permitting (indicative). A different drop-off hotel is not listed either.
Is there a shuttle or hotel-pickup tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls?
Yes, the Niagara Falls boat and winery day tour collects you from your hotel in the Greater Toronto Area and returns you to it, so you do not take a train or drive. It is a small-group shared tour rather than a scheduled shuttle: you join other guests on one set itinerary of about 10 hours, with a listed pickup window of about 8:15 to 9:15 AM and drop-off at about 6:15 to 7:15 PM (indicative). The GO Train and WEGO package is a self-guided alternative, and the comparison table on this page sets it beside this tour.
Can I take a boat ride at Niagara Falls on this tour from Toronto, and how long is it?
Yes, the tour includes the Niagara City Cruises Voyage to the Falls boat ride when it is operating, and the ride lasts about 20 minutes. The boat sails past the American and Bridal Veil Falls into the mist at the base of the Horseshoe Falls, and a complimentary poncho is provided. Niagara City Cruises was formerly Hornblower Niagara Cruises, and Maid of the Mist operates from the American side. Sailings are seasonal and depend on weather and water conditions.
What else is included in the price, and what costs extra?
The fares cover hotel pickup and drop-off in the Greater Toronto Area, a small-group tour on a set itinerary, the winery tasting, the stops along the Niagara Parkway and the boat ride when it is operating (on other dates we confirm what takes its place). Lunch is not included. Whether gratuities are included is not stated, so we confirm that when your booking is confirmed. Optional attractions such as a helicopter flight or Skylon Tower are paid separately and are not sold in the booking calendar; we have not confirmed which extras can be arranged for this tour, so email us to ask.
Is lunch included on the boat and winery day tour?
No, lunch is not included in the boat and winery day tour fares. The free-time block of about 12:00 to 1:45 PM (indicative) is the lunch window, and you buy your own meal. At the Falls, Niagara Parks' Table Rock Welcome Centre has a restaurant and a market, and Clifton Hill, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Table Rock Centre, has more places to eat. If you would like a pre-arranged lunch or another optional extra for your date, email info@voyzo.com and we will confirm in writing whether it can be arranged.
Can children and infants join, and which fare applies?
Yes, children aged 3 to 12 join at the child fare of US$199 each, and the calendar prices infants aged 0 to 2 at US$0. Whether an infant has a seat of their own, and which child-seat arrangements apply, is confirmed when your booking is confirmed; Ontario law requires approved child seats by weight and age in most vehicles, with exemptions for some for-hire vehicles. The day is long, about 10 hours, with about 1.5 hours of driving each way.
Is the tour suitable for seniors or guests with limited mobility?
Seniors aged 60 and over have their own fare in the booking calendar. The day is about 10 hours, with about 1.5 hours of driving each way and time on foot at the stops, so consider how much walking suits you. Wheelchair access to the vehicle is not yet confirmed. Please tell us about mobility needs when you request your date, and we will say what can be arranged. Niagara Parks says the accessible tunnel and upper deck at Journey Behind the Falls are served by an elevator, while the lower deck is reached by stairs.
What replaces the boat cruise in winter?
Journey Behind the Falls is the planned stand-in when the boat is not operating, where its published hours allow. The boat is seasonal, typically spring to late autumn and weather permitting, and Niagara Parks' published hours (checked 12 October 2026) reduce the sailings from late November and show none from early January until spring. Niagara Parks lists Journey Behind the Falls as year-round, with an elevator down about 38 metres (125 feet) to tunnels beside the Horseshoe Falls, but its hours from January 2027 were not yet published. We confirm what applies to your date when your booking is confirmed.
Does the tour run in winter, and is the Floral Clock open all year?
We have not confirmed a published year-round schedule for the boat and winery day tour, so email us before you request a winter date; the booking calendar showed dates open for the following months, which is not a confirmed schedule. The Floral Clock's planted face, about 12 metres (40 feet) across, is on show from May to October, and in late autumn and winter the boat ride runs on reduced hours and later not at all. Ontario's clocks go back on Sunday 1 November 2026 and sunset in Niagara Falls is about 4:40 PM in mid-December, so the winery stop can fall near sunset and the drive home is in the dark.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable walking shoes and layers, and carry a light waterproof jacket in any season, because the mist at the Falls can leave you damp. Average daily temperatures in Niagara Falls are about 22 degrees Celsius in July, 11 in October, 5 in November and minus 4 in January (Environment Canada 1981-2010 normals). A complimentary poncho comes with the boat ride. Bring photo ID for the wine tasting, a camera, and a card or cash for lunch and any optional extras.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
The Falls can be seen in any weather, but rain, wind and high water can affect individual stops. Niagara Parks reports that the boat ride can close without notice in high wind or high water, and when the boat is not operating we confirm what takes its place. Times on the itinerary are indicative and can move with traffic, weather or closures. We have not published a separate bad-weather policy for this tour; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations, and the terms that apply to you come with your booking confirmation.
How is this tour different from your other shared day tour from Toronto?
The boat and winery day tour collects you from your hotel in the Greater Toronto Area, includes the boat ride in season and a winery tasting, and returns at about 6:15 to 7:15 PM after a day of about 10 hours. Our Niagara Falls Day Tour from Toronto is a shared tour from fixed pickup points in downtown Toronto and Mississauga that lists the boat ride only as an optional extra, has no winery stop and returns at about 5:30 PM after about 9 hours. Fares are listed on each page.
Is a Niagara Falls boat and winery day trip worth it compared with the GO Train or driving?
It is worth it if you want hotel pickup, a boat ride in season and a tasting in one set plan with no driving, and a weaker fit if you want more time at the Falls or a schedule you control. The trade-offs are a day of about 10 hours, about 2.5 to 3 hours at the Falls and a shared vehicle. The GO Train and WEGO package is a self-guided public-transit route, driving yourself is about 125 to 130 km each way, and a private tour gives you your own vehicle and pace.
How does booking work, and who do I book with?
Pick your guests and date in the booking calendar, at least 24 hours before the tour date, and send your request; it stays a request until we confirm availability by email. You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, which remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com. The meeting point, departure time and vehicle details are confirmed in writing when your booking is confirmed. Payment for a confirmed booking is processed securely by third-party payment processors, and section 6 of our Terms and Conditions explains how pricing and payment work.
What is the cancellation and change policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee. The cancellation terms that apply come with your booking confirmation; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. To change your date, contact us before the 24-hour cutoff and we will do our best to reschedule, subject to availability.
Can I book for a larger group?
A larger party should email info@voyzo.com with its date and numbers, and we will tell you what is possible. This is a small-group shared tour, so a large party needs checking against the date first. For a vehicle just for your party, see Voyzo's Niagara Falls Private Tour from Toronto.
Do I need a passport for this tour?
The tour stays in Canada and does not cross into the United States, so it involves no border crossing, but we recommend carrying photo ID such as your passport. Canada says no eTA is needed for travel within Canada. How you enter Canada in the first place depends on your nationality, and checking that at canada.ca before you travel is up to you. The tour views the Falls from the Canadian side.

About this day
The day follows one line on the map. The Niagara Parkway runs more than 50 kilometres along the Niagara River from Fort Erie to Fort George at Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the tour drives the stretch from the Falls to Niagara-on-the-Lake, with the Whirlpool, the Floral Clock and a roadside chapel along the way.
What is already in the price sets this day apart from the other Niagara days on Voyzo. The boat ride in season and a winery tasting are part of the tour, so the costs left at the Falls are lunch and any optional attraction you add. On Voyzo's shared day tour the boat ride is an optional extra and there is no winery stop, and on the private tour both are optional add-ons.
The boat ride, the Floral Clock and the light all change with the season, so the same route looks different in July and in December. The season guide lists what runs when, as checked on 12 October 2026, and we confirm which stops apply to your date when your booking is confirmed.
The Voyage to the Falls boat ride lasts about 20 minutes. It leaves from the foot of Clifton Hill, passes the American and Bridal Veil Falls and sails into the mist at the base of the Horseshoe Falls. It is run by Niagara City Cruises, a poncho is provided, and the season and the weather decide whether it sails.
Further along the Niagara Parkway, the Niagara Whirlpool lies at the end of the Whirlpool Rapids, which Niagara Parks classes as Class 6; at full flow it turns counter-clockwise. The Floral Clock, built in 1950, has a face about 12 metres (40 feet) across and is planted twice a year for a May to October display. A tiny roadside chapel on the Parkway is often billed as Canada's smallest.
Parks Canada designated the historic district of Niagara-on-the-Lake a National Historic Site in 2004 for its buildings of 1815 to 1859, mostly in the British Classical tradition and rebuilt after the War of 1812. Tourism Niagara-on-the-Lake says the town has around 40 wineries, and the legal drinking age in Ontario, 19, applies at tastings.
