This Privacy Policy explains how Voyzo FZ-LLC ("Voyzo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit voyzo.com (the "Site") or request a private tour quote through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Voyzo FZ-LLC is registered in Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Unit CWEP5939, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
When you submit a quote request through our contact or tour pages, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, preferred tour, group size, preferred date, and any message you include.
Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This is collected via Google Analytics and our security/performance provider, Cloudflare (see below).
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information.
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Site. Each processes limited data on our behalf, governed by their own privacy policies:
Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA use cookies and similar technologies to function. These help us understand site usage and verify that form submissions come from real visitors rather than bots. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site (such as form submission) may not work as intended if you do.
We also use your browser's local storage to remember which tours, cities, and attractions you've recently viewed, so we can show a "Continue Exploring" section on your next visit. This information stays on your own device only — it is never sent to us or to any third party, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
We retain quote-request information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfill a booking, and maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transmitting data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Voyzo operates tours in the United States and Canada. If you access the Site from outside these countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
