The terms that govern your use of voyzo.com and any tour booked through Voyzo.

By accessing or using voyzo.com (the "Site") or requesting a tour through Voyzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written booking confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and Voyzo for a given booking.
Voyzo is operated by Voyzo FZ-LLC ("Voyzo," "we," "us," or "our"), a private tour company operating fully private, fully customizable tours across the United States and Canada. Voyzo FZ-LLC is registered in Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Unit CWEP5939, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Voyzo markets and sells travel services online to customers worldwide, including in the United States and Canada, but does not maintain a physical office, employees, or assets in either country solely by virtue of that online marketing and sales activity.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to submit a quote request, make a booking, or otherwise use the Site on your own behalf. If you book on behalf of a group, you represent that you have the authority to bind each member of that group to these Terms and to the cancellation and payment terms of the booking.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by anyone else. This includes not submitting false, misleading, or abusive information through our quote forms. You further agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Site; or use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial communications.
Tours displayed on the Site are currently booked by request. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a confirmed booking — it initiates a conversation with our team, who will follow up with a custom itinerary and pricing. A booking is only confirmed once you and Voyzo have agreed on the itinerary, price, and any deposit or payment terms in writing.
Prices referenced on the Site or in an initial quote are estimates and may vary based on group size, vehicle selection, itinerary length, season, and availability. Final pricing and payment terms will be confirmed with you directly before a booking is finalized. All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in U.S. or Canadian dollars as agreed at the time of quote; Voyzo is not responsible for currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or exchange-rate fluctuations applied by your card issuer or bank.
Once a booking is confirmed, payment is processed on behalf of Voyzo FZ-LLC via Stripe and/or PayPal, and may include other payment processors we use from time to time. Each processor handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy; Voyzo does not store your full payment card details. Your statement or receipt may reference "Voyzo," "Voyzo FZ-LLC," or a payment processor's descriptor.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time your booking is confirmed and may vary by tour, season, and notice period. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided with your booking confirmation.
If you have a billing dispute or believe a charge was made in error, you agree to contact us at [email protected] first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or payment processor. Voyzo retains records of communications, booking confirmations, and service delivery, and may submit this evidence to the payment processor or card network to contest a chargeback it believes is unwarranted. If a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in Voyzo's favor, you agree to reimburse Voyzo for any dispute, arbitration, or administrative fees charged by the payment processor or card network as a direct result of that dispute.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a tour, to arrive on time for scheduled pickups, and to ensure your group's conduct does not endanger the safety of guides, drivers, other guests, or the public. Voyzo reserves the right to end a tour early, without refund, in cases of dangerous, illegal, or abusive conduct.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and every member of your group hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel or entry documentation required for your itinerary, and for meeting any health, vaccination, or fitness requirements applicable to your tour. Voyzo strongly recommends that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal injury before travelling, as Voyzo's own liability is limited as described in these Terms. Voyzo is not responsible for any loss, delay, or expense you incur as a result of missing, invalid, or expired travel documentation, or your failure to meet a health or fitness requirement disclosed to you in advance.
Travel and tour activities — including but not limited to vehicle transport, walking tours, outdoor excursions, boat or water-based activities, and visits to third-party attractions — carry inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, adverse weather, road and traffic conditions, and the acts or omissions of third parties outside Voyzo's control. By booking or participating in a tour, you voluntarily assume all such inherent risks to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the proven negligence of Voyzo itself.
In Toronto and Niagara Falls, tours are operated using Voyzo's own vehicles and drivers. In other destinations, and for activities such as guided excursions, attraction admissions, boat charters, and hospitality bookings, services are provided by independent, professionally licensed and insured third-party operators working with Voyzo ("Service Providers"). In either case, Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing, and support.
Voyzo operates as an intermediary marketplace and booking agent for these Service Providers. Voyzo does not own, operate, manage, supervise, instruct, or control the physical execution of any third-party tour, transportation, activity, excursion, or hospitality service. The display or recommendation of a Service Provider on the Site does not imply a joint venture, partnership, employment relationship, or endorsement of that Service Provider by Voyzo. Each Service Provider operates under its own safety standards, operating terms, and liability policies, and is solely responsible for the services it delivers.
The Site and all services booked through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyzo disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any tour, itinerary, or attraction will be available, operate on schedule, or match its description in every respect due to factors outside Voyzo's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyzo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with: (a) any act, error, omission, negligence, or breach of contract by any Service Provider or its staff; (b) any accident, mechanical failure, weather disruption, strike, or event described in the Force Majeure section below; (c) any inaccurate or outdated description, photo, or pricing displayed on the Site regarding a third-party tour; or (d) delays, itinerary changes, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of the Site or participation in a tour.
Where Voyzo is nonetheless found liable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, Voyzo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a booking shall be limited to the total amount you paid to Voyzo for that specific booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by Voyzo's own proven negligence, or liability for fraud.
Voyzo is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic or public health emergency, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or travel restriction, labor strikes, or failures of third-party infrastructure. Where a tour is cancelled or materially altered due to such an event, Voyzo will work with you in good faith to offer an alternative date, an alternative tour of comparable value, or a refund net of any non-recoverable third-party or payment-processing costs already incurred.
Photos or video taken by Voyzo staff or guides during a tour may occasionally include guests and may be used by Voyzo for marketing purposes on the Site or its social media channels, unless you notify us in writing before your tour that you do not consent to this. You retain the right to opt out at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will remove identifiable images of you from future use on request.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Voyzo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Voyzo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: your misuse of the Site; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any rights of a third party; any information you provide that is false, inaccurate, or misleading; or the conduct of any member of your travel group during a tour.
By using the Site or booking a tour, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive UAE, U.S., or other applicable trade sanctions or embargoes, and that you are not listed on any UAE, U.S. Treasury (OFAC), UN, or other applicable restricted-party or denied-persons list. Voyzo may decline or cancel a booking, without liability, where it reasonably believes this representation to be inaccurate.
These Terms, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or a booking, are governed by the laws of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws in the jurisdiction where a tour is physically provided cannot be excluded by agreement.
Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact Voyzo at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and you knowingly and voluntarily waive any objection to that venue, including any argument that it is an inconvenient forum or any attempt to bring a claim against Voyzo in a court of the United States or Canada, save where applicable law prohibits such a waiver.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyzo regarding the Site and any booking, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
No Waiver. Voyzo's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. Voyzo may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without Voyzo's prior written consent.
Notices. Voyzo may provide notices to you by email to the address you provided when booking. You may provide legal notices to Voyzo at the contact details below.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Effective date" above updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
