This stretch of Quintana Roo coastline sits within the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second-largest coral reef system in the world after Australia's Great Barrier Reef. It runs for roughly 700 miles along the shores of Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, and Honduras, and its Mexican end, off the Riviera Maya, is where this private catamaran does its sailing and snorkeling.
