About This Tour
A private 10 or 20-minute helicopter flight over Mont-Tremblant's resort, pedestrian village, and the forests and lakes of the Laurentian Mountains, with every passenger seated by a window.
Mont Tremblant is the highest peak in the Laurentians, usually cited at roughly 875 to 935 metres depending on the source. The Algonquin name is often translated as Mountain of Spirits, an Indigenous tradition rather than geology.
The provincial park around it was created in 1895, the first in Quebec. The first ski resort opened on the slopes in 1939, and the pedestrian village you see from the air has grown from that. From above you can see how Lac Tremblant and Lac Mercier wrap the base of the mountain.
