A 5-day introduction to Luang Prabang — the dawn alms ceremony, the National Museum and Wat Xieng Thong, a Lao cooking class, a scenic Mekong boat ride to the Pak Ou Caves, and a day at Kuang Si Waterfall. This entire trip stays within Luang Prabang, Laos — no border crossings.

Arrival pickup at Luang Prabang International Airport.
Arrival and hotel transfer, an orientation walk through town and the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre, then Mount Phousi's golden stupa for sunset views over the city and Mekong River, finishing at the Night Market.
Visit the National Museum, Vat Mai, Huean Chan Heritage House, and Wat Xieng Thong, then join a Natural Dyes silk class in the afternoon and a sunset cocktail picnic.
An early dawn visit to watch the monks' alms procession and a walk through the morning market, then a Lao cooking class at Tamarind Garden, and a private slow-boat ride up the Mekong River to the Pak Ou Caves, stopping at a rice-liquor village along the way.
A rice-planting experience at The Living Land, visits to bamboo-weaving and blacksmith workshops, then Kuang Si Waterfall for swimming and a stop at the Free the Bears sanctuary, with a final visit to the Lao Buffalo Dairy Farm.
A final breakfast before your transfer to the airport for your departing flight.
The trip ends in Luang Prabang with a transfer to Luang Prabang International Airport for your departure flight.
