About This Tour

Isla Mujeres sits on the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the largest reef system in the Western Hemisphere, running more than 700 miles from Mexico to Honduras.
El Meco, the optional stop, is a Maya site on the mainland coast opposite the island. It began as a fishing village around 300 AD, was linked to Cobá in the Late Classic, and its El Castillo is the tallest structure in the region, according to regional tourism sources.
Snorkelling conditions depend on wind and season, and your crew can pick the calmest reef.
