An adrenaline-focused 8-day circuit from Quito through Mindo, Cotopaxi, Baños, Misahualli, and Papallacta, combining downhill biking, zip-lining, whitewater rafting, and hot springs. This trip is entirely within mainland Ecuador, looping from Quito through the cloud forest, the Andes, and the Amazon foothills before returning north to Quito.

Arrival

A downhill biking expedition covering 44 miles from the highlands through cloud forest.

Day 3 — Mindo to Cotopaxi

Forest canopy zip-lining and swimming, then travel onward.

Day 4 — Cotopaxi to Baños

Hiking at Limpiopungo Lagoon with volcano views, then the journey to Baños.

Day 5 — Baños to Misahualli

A 15km bicycle waterfalls tour, concluding at the Pailón del Diablo (Devil's Cauldron) waterfall.

Day 6 — Misahualli to Papallacta

A Class III whitewater rafting expedition on the Jatunyacu River, followed by relaxation in thermal springs.

Day 7 — Papallacta to Laguna de Cuicocha

A trek around the crater lake and a boat excursion to observe geothermal features.

Day 8 — Laguna de Cuicocha to Quito

Return to the capital for departure or onward travel.
