An 8-day journey that starts in Dubrovnik's Old Town, crosses briefly into Bosnia & Herzegovina for Trebinje, then continues along the Bay of Kotor to Perast, Kotor and Budva in Montenegro. This trip touches three countries: the first two nights are in Dubrovnik, Croatia; night three is in the Trebinje area of Bosnia & Herzegovina; and nights four through seven are in Kotor, Montenegro (with day trips to Perast, Cetinje, Budva and Skadar Lake) — every night's hotel is confirmed in whichever country you're actually in that day.
