About This Tour

A 7-day food-and-wine journey down the Dalmatian coast, from a family-run culinary estate in Konavle to Ston's oysters, Korčula's Grk wine, and a traditional peka dinner on Hvar. This entire route stays within Croatia, travelling by road and catamaran between Dubrovnik, Konavle, Ston, Korčula, Hvar and Split.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Arrival

Arrival pickup at Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) at the start of your trip.

Day 1 — Welcome to Dubrovnik

Airport transfer to your hotel, with free time in the Old Town and an optional cable car ride to Mount Srđ.

Day 2 — Culinary Experience in the Konavle Region

Help prepare a meal at a family estate using local ingredients, followed by a wine pairing.

Day 3 — Savour Oysters in Ston

Visit Ston's salt flats and town walls, then taste oysters straight from the bay at Mali Ston with wine, before a ferry on to Korčula.

Day 4 — Korčula's Lumbarda Wine Tour

A full-day wine tour visiting two wineries, sampling Grk and other Croatian white wines.

Day 5 — Sailing to Hvar

Catamaran journey to Hvar with time to explore and sunset views from Španjola Fortress.

Day 6 — Hvar Wine & Peka Dinner

Visit a family-run vineyard and the UNESCO-listed Stari Grad Plain, finishing with a traditional peka dinner and local wines.

Day 7 — Farewell, Croatia

Catamaran to Split and an airport transfer for your departure flight.

Departure

The trip ends in Split with a transfer to Split Airport for your departure flight.
