An overland journey along the Sino-Nepal highway — Lhasa's monasteries and Everest Base Camp on the Tibetan side, continuing into Kathmandu, Chitwan, Lumbini and Pokhara. Six nights are in Tibet, China (Lhasa, Gyantse, Shigatse, Everest Base Camp, and the border town of Gyirong), before the route crosses the China-Nepal border at Gyirong into Nepal for the remaining eight nights (Kathmandu, Chitwan, Lumbini, Pokhara, Bhaktapur). Every night's hotel is confirmed in whichever country you're actually in that day.
A private guide, driver, and vehicle for the entire trip, with hotels pre-arranged at every overnight stop — the pace and any optional stops can still be shaped around your group.
