Yes, for your group only.
The set's 44 hobbit holes were deliberately built at different scales for forced-perspective filming — smaller doorways made hobbit actors look correctly sized, while larger ones made taller characters like Gandalf appear appropriately big.
It's the same farm and location, but the set itself was rebuilt with permanent materials during a 2011-2012 reconstruction for The Hobbit trilogy. The original 1999 hobbit holes were temporary facades mostly removed after filming.

About This Tour

Real behind-the-scenes access includes Hobbit-home interiors, a banquet lunch at the genuine Millhouse, and genuine Art Department workshop access not available on regular tours.
The hobbit holes built for the original Lord of the Rings trilogy in 1999 were never meant to last — 37 facades of untreated timber, plywood and polystyrene, most of them pulled down once filming finished. When the production returned a decade later for The Hobbit trilogy, the Alexander family's farm was rebuilt from scratch using permanent materials — stone, concrete, brick — specifically so the set could stay standing as a real, lasting attraction. The hole count grew to 44 in the process.
Several of those 44 were deliberately built at different scales, a genuine piece of the films' forced-perspective trickery: smaller doorways and furniture made the hobbit actors read as correctly short on camera, while larger versions of the same features made a tall actor like Gandalf look appropriately big standing beside them.
The real differentiator on this format is the Art Department workshop — a working space that still holds original props, costumes and set-dressing pieces from the films, opened up to small private groups rather than every standard visit, alongside lunch at the Mill.
