Atlanta became one of the busiest production hubs in the country, and a big reason is the studio infrastructure south of the city. Pinewood Atlanta Studios opened in Fayetteville in 2014 and has housed many Marvel productions, while Atlanta's streets regularly stand in for other cities, as in the New York Post newspaper boxes and NYC taxi decals added to Midtown and downtown streets for Avengers: Infinity War.
Because this tour is built around your own fandoms, the route flexes between very different productions. Stranger Things used the Georgia town of Jackson for its early-1980s Hawkins, Indiana, and Stone Mountain Park for woods and railroad scenes, while The Walking Dead made Senoia, south of Atlanta, its long-running base. Your guide chooses stops to match what your group actually wants to see.
