- Voyzo takes your booking and stays your point of contact for booking, pricing and support (section 10 of the Terms and Conditions). A booking is confirmed once you and Voyzo agree on it in writing (section 5, quote requests and bookings); payment is then processed via Stripe and/or PayPal (section 6, pricing and payment).
- In Toronto and Niagara Falls, Voyzo's tours run on the fleet and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours run with independent, professionally licensed and insured operators (section 10 of the Terms and Conditions).

How will I get a response?

Is there a fee to request a quote?
No. Requesting a quote is free, takes no payment and does not obligate you to book. You see clear pricing before you decide anything.
Do I need exact dates to request a quote?
No. A rough travel window is enough to start; the Voyzo team helps you settle the exact date once you are in touch. Enter the most likely date in the form and mention the flexibility in the notes.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Yes, on a private tour. Book one of the existing itineraries exactly as planned, or tell us what you would like to see and the team builds the day around it. Shared tours follow a set itinerary.
What if my destination is not listed?
Tell us where you are headed. Voyzo adds destinations regularly and can build a new itinerary for your trip; the quote says what is possible for your dates.
Is a private tour really private?
Yes. A private tour is exclusively for your own group, with your own guide and, where the tour uses one, your own vehicle, never combined with other travellers. On a shared tour you join other travellers instead: 4 shared tours are listed today, and others are arranged on request.
How do I book a tour that shows a calendar?
On the tour page, pick a date and send the booking request; Voyzo confirms availability by email. 165 tours show live dates today. Use this form instead if you want changes, a larger group or a date the calendar does not show.
What happens to my details?
Your request goes to the Voyzo team by email and is used to answer it, as the Privacy Policy describes. The form is protected by reCAPTCHA, and Voyzo does not sell or rent your personal information.
Can I ask about a group charter here?
Yes. Choose Group charter as the trip type and add the occasion and the pickup and drop-off; the charter page has a dedicated planner with a vehicle suggestion if you prefer. Charter-only service covers 83 cities in the USA and Canada.
