Jordan uses the Jordanian dinar (JOD). Tipping drivers, guides, and hotel staff is customary and appreciated, typically a few dinars per day for private tour guides and drivers.
Modest dress is appreciated at religious and cultural sites like Jerash, Madaba's churches, and Amman's Citadel — covering shoulders and knees is a reasonable default even though Jordan is relatively relaxed by regional standards, especially in Amman and Aqaba.
