This trip actually crosses three countries, not just the two in its title: the first night is in Italy (La Subida, in the Friuli wine region on the Italian-Slovenian border), the second night is in Slovenia (Dobrovo v Brdih, with cellar visits at Ščurek and Movia), and the final two nights are in Bale, Istria, Croatia — every night's hotel is confirmed in whichever country you're actually in that day.
