An extensive 19-day journey from Ljubljana and Lake Bled through the length of the Croatian coast to Dubrovnik, before continuing into Bosnia & Herzegovina to Mostar, Međugorje and Sarajevo. Three nights are in Slovenia (Ljubljana, with day trips to Bled, Bohinj and Postojna Cave), twelve nights are in Croatia (Zagreb, Zadar, Split, Hvar, Korčula and Dubrovnik), and the final three nights are in Bosnia & Herzegovina (Mostar and Sarajevo) — every night's hotel is confirmed in whichever country you're actually in that day.
