A visit to a Penan settlement, a longboat cruise along the Melinau River to Wind Cave and Clearwater Cave, then a three-hour jungle trek to Camp 5 for an overnight stay.
A roughly three-hour climb from Camp 5 up Mount Api to the Mulu Pinnacles' striking limestone spires, descending after lunch.
A return along the 11.3km Headhunter's Trail to Kuala Terikan, then three to four hours by longboat to a celebration dinner at a traditional longhouse.
A morning nature walk with a local guide from the longhouse, then a flight back to Kuala Lumpur via Limbang Town.
