Who it suits

  • First-time visitors who want the Falls from the air

A helicopter flight, a boat ride in season and lunch with the Falls nearby in one private day. See the sample day.

  • Couples and special occasions

1 to 4 guests share one total of US$1,699, about US$425 each for four; tell us the occasion when you book.

  • Families

Children are welcome and child seats are available; tell us their ages, because the helicopter flight has its own rules for children.

  • Friends and small groups

Groups of 5 to 14 travel in an SUV or a Sprinter van. Every guest who flies needs a seat in the helicopter, so tell us your group size early.

  • Larger groups and teams

A Prevost coach bus serves 15 to 56 guests, and the calendar sells every group size; we confirm how the flight is arranged for a larger group.

  • Winter visitors

The helicopter, lunch and the Falls views do not depend on the boat season; ask us before you book what can be arranged when the boat is not running.

  • Not the right fit if

You need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (we do not offer one on this tour) or you want only the flight, which our helicopter flight tour covers.

Niagara Falls helicopter, boat ride and lunch tour: sample day

This is a sample day, not a fixed schedule. The helicopter and the boat follow their own schedules, so the order of the lunch, the flight, the boat ride and the free time depends on the times we confirm with you, and your driver-guide sets the rest with your group. Actual timings vary with traffic, season, pickup address and how long your group lingers. No stop has a time set on this page except the operators' own ride lengths.

  1. Start

    Pickup at your address

Your driver-guide collects you at an address in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The calendar offers hourly starts between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and we confirm your exact pickup time by email.

  2. On the way

    Drive to Niagara

Niagara Falls is about 130 km south of Toronto by the QEW, roughly an hour and a half, and Niagara Falls Tourism says travel time can double at rush hour or on weekends.

  3. Stop 1

    Queenston Heights

Queenston Heights Park, run by Niagara Parks, is the site of Brock's Monument and the Battle of Queenston Heights of October 1812. We confirm what can be visited on your date, because the monument was announced as closed for masonry work in September 2025.

  4. Stop 2

The Whirlpool and the Niagara Parkway

A view over the Niagara Whirlpool and the gorge from the Niagara Parkway. The Whirlpool Aero Car and the White Water Walk are seasonal attractions with their own tickets and are not part of this tour.

  5. Stop 3

    Floral Clock (May to October)

A Niagara Parks display on the Niagara Parkway whose planted face, about 12 metres (40 feet) across, is changed twice a year. Niagara Parks gives about 30 minutes for a visit and lists free parking.

  6. Stop 4

Views of the Falls and lunch at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

Time for views of the Falls from the Canadian side, and lunch, which is included. The hotel lists a buffet restaurant with views of Niagara Falls; we confirm the restaurant, the lunch format and the time for your date, and this page does not state a menu.

  7. Stop 5

    Helicopter flight over the Falls

Niagara Helicopters flies from 3731 Victoria Avenue: about 9 minutes in the air over 27 km, about 12 minutes per ride with boarding. It flies weather permitting and takes passengers in turn, so we confirm your arrival time at the heliport by email.

  8. Stop 6

Niagara City Cruises boat ride toward Horseshoe Falls (in season)

Niagara City Cruises describes a 20-minute ride past the American and Bridal Veil Falls into the mist of the Horseshoe Falls, from the Lower Landing below Clifton Hill. Ponchos are provided. Out of season the boat ride is not available: ask us before you book what can be arranged.

  9. Return

Free time, maple syrup tasting and the drive home

Free time for Clifton Hill, shopping and sightseeing, and a stop to taste Ontario maple syrup; we confirm the stop for your date. The order of the stops is set with your driver-guide. Then the drive back, about an hour and a half in normal traffic.

  10. Finish

    Drop-off

Your driver-guide drops you off at the end of the day at your hotel, home or an airport in the GTA; we arrange your drop-off address with you and confirm it when we confirm your booking.

Your pickup in the GTA about 1.5 h from the GTA Queenston Heights Whirlpool and Niagara Parkway Floral Clock (May–Oct) Falls views and lunch Helicopter flight Boat ride (in season) about 1.5 h back to the GTA
Optional stops
  • Journey Behind the Falls. An elevator takes you 125 feet down to tunnels beside the Horseshoe Falls; Niagara Parks gives about 60 minutes. It is open all year, with upgrade works planned for spring 2027 and spring 2028 while it stays open (checked 25 October 2026). Partially accessible. It has its own ticket; tell us if you want it and we confirm the price and the timing.
  • Clifton Hill and shopping. Free time for Clifton Hill, shopping and sightseeing is part of the tour; how long you get depends on the flight, lunch and boat times.
  • Out of the boat season. Niagara Parks' hours showed no sailings from 29 December until the planned reopening on 25 April 2027 (checked 25 October 2026). In those weeks the boat ride is not available: ask us before you book what can be arranged and whether the price changes.
Tickets, seasons & itinerary changes
  • Order and time: your driver-guide sets the order and the time at the stops with your group within the 9 hours, and the plan can change on the day for traffic, weather, closures or safety. The helicopter flight and the boat ride follow their own schedules.
  • The helicopter: Niagara Helicopters flies weather permitting, cannot fly after dark or in low cloud, and may fly later the same day if it cannot fly in the morning. We confirm your arrival time at the heliport by email; ask us before you book what happens if the flight cannot go.
  • Seasons: the boat ride is seasonal (Niagara Parks lists April to November) and the Floral Clock is a May-to-October attraction. When one is not available, ask us before you book what can be arranged.
  • Queenston Heights: Brock's Monument is part of a National Historic Site run by Parks Canada, which announced masonry work there in September 2025. We confirm what can be visited on your date.
  • Tickets: the Whirlpool Aero Car, the White Water Walk and Journey Behind the Falls have their own tickets and are not part of the price unless we confirm otherwise when you book.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability.

How the hours work

The price covers a private day of 9 hours. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option. Time beyond the 9 hours is charged additionally; tell us by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page if you want a longer day, and we confirm the rate and the total in your booking confirmation.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size, date and start time. We need at least 24 hours' notice, and the calendar's hourly start options run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  2. Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking, and you can reserve now and pay later.
  3. Share your pickup address and any wishes. Put your pickup address, dietary needs, children's ages and any time you must be back in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
  4. Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact pickup time, the plan for the day and your driver-guide's details ahead of the tour.

Reserve now, pay later. Your booking is a request until we confirm availability by email. Your card is charged 48 hours before your tour date; if you book within 48 hours of the tour, you pay when you book.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC. In Toronto and Niagara Falls, tours are operated using a dedicated fleet and drivers provided through Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company. Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

One driver-guide drives the vehicle and guides your day. A separate tour guide is not included; ask us whether one can be arranged and what it would cost.

The driver-guide and vehicle are licensed and insured.

The helicopter flight

Niagara Helicopters flies from 3731 Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls: about 9 minutes in the air and about 12 minutes per ride including boarding. It flies weather permitting, publishes no weight limit, assigns seats by weight and balance and carries seven passengers and the pilot, so no seat can be guaranteed. Every guest who flies needs a seat: give us your final group size when you book. The aircraft may carry other passengers: the operator says it fills its helicopters to capacity and that guaranteeing a private flight means paying for six seats, and a flight for your group alone is not part of what this page describes. Ask us before you book what happens if the flight cannot go; this page does not state an outcome.

Lunch

Lunch at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is included. We confirm the restaurant, the lunch format and the time for your date by email, and this page does not state a menu. Tell us about dietary needs or allergies when you book. Gratuities are not included.

The boat ride

The Niagara City Cruises boat ride is included in season and takes about 20 minutes; boats leave from the Lower Landing below Clifton Hill. Niagara Parks lists the cruises as seasonal, April to November, and its hours showed none from 29 December until the planned reopening on 25 April 2027 (checked 25 October 2026). When the boat cannot sail, ask us before you book what can be arranged.

Tickets and extras

The helicopter flight, the boat ride in season and lunch are included in the price. Other attractions, such as Journey Behind the Falls, the Whirlpool Aero Car and the White Water Walk, have their own tickets and are not included unless we confirm otherwise when you book. Tell us which extras you want, by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, because they add time to your day.

Seasons and attraction hours

Attractions set their own hours, and they change through the year. The helicopter flies year-round weather permitting, the Falls views are open to visit all year, the boat ride is seasonal (April to November) and the Floral Clock is a May-to-October attraction. We confirm which stops are open on your date; the dated table in the Itinerary section lists the sources.

Accessibility

We do not offer a wheelchair-accessible vehicle on this tour. Niagara Helicopters' 2024 accessibility plan describes a ramp to the main pad, an accessible washroom and a portable chair lift for guests who cannot climb into the aircraft, and Niagara City Cruises says its boats are wheelchair accessible. We cannot promise access at every stop. If anyone in your group has mobility needs, tell us before you book; questions go to info@voyzo.com.

Children and child seats

Children are welcome in the vehicle and child seats are available. Tell us your children's ages and how many seats you need, by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page. Niagara Helicopters says it welcomes passengers from 1 month old but publishes no child-seat or lap-infant rule, so we confirm the details for your children by email.

What to bring and the weather

Pack sunglasses, a camera and comfortable clothes for the weather; the Falls' mist can dampen you in any season, and Niagara City Cruises gives each guest a poncho. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals for the Welland-Pelham station, about 18 km from the Falls, show an average daily high of 26.8 degrees Celsius in July and about -0.1 degrees in January. Smoking and drinks are not allowed in the vehicle. If you must be back at a set time, say so by email or in the quote form.

Group size and vehicle

Groups of 1 to 56 guests are welcome. The vehicle is an SUV for 1 to 6 guests, a Sprinter van for 7 to 14 guests and a Prevost coach bus for 15 to 56 guests. Count everyone riding in the vehicle, children included. Every guest who flies needs a seat in the helicopter, so tell us your final group size when you book. The calendar lists 1 to 20 guests, and “> 20” takes a typed number up to 56.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the private Niagara Falls helicopter, boat ride and lunch tour cost?

It costs US$1,699 in total for 1 to 4 guests, in US dollars with no added taxes, and all tolls, parking and fuel are included. Prices are totals for the whole group, not per person: US$1,699 for 1 to 4 guests, US$1,999 for 5 to 6, US$2,499 for 7 to 10, US$2,999 for 11 to 14, US$3,499 for 15 to 28, US$3,999 for 29 to 34 and US$4,499 for 35 to 56 guests. Each price covers the 9-hour day, including the helicopter flight, the boat ride in season and lunch. Time beyond the 9 hours is charged additionally; we confirm the rate by email. For 21 to 56 guests, choose “> 20” in the group-size list, type your group size and click outside the box so the price updates (the calendar accepts up to 56).

What does the price include, and what is extra?

The price is the total for one private day of 9 hours for your group. It covers a licensed, insured driver-guide, a private vehicle matched to your group size, pickup anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, the helicopter flight over the Falls, the Niagara City Cruises boat ride (in season), lunch at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, a maple syrup tasting stop, the Niagara Parkway stops and all tolls, parking and fuel. It does not cover gratuities, personal expenses, a separate tour guide, time beyond the 9 hours or pickup outside the GTA. Optional extras such as Journey Behind the Falls have their own tickets: ask us what you can add.

How long is the tour, and what time does it start?

The tour is planned as a day of 9 hours. The booking calendar offers hourly start times from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and we confirm your exact pickup time by email once your booking is confirmed. A later start leaves less daylight for the outdoor stops, and the helicopter flight and the boat ride depend on the day's schedule and the weather. Time beyond the 9 hours is charged additionally; we confirm the rate by email.

How long is the helicopter flight, and what do we see?

Niagara Helicopters' standard Niagara Falls flight lasts about 9 minutes and covers 27 kilometres, and the operator allows about 12 minutes per ride including boarding and photos (its website, checked 25 October 2026). The operator describes the route as lifting off from its heliport on Victoria Avenue, passing the Sir Adam Beck generating plant and the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture, following the Niagara River over the Whirlpool and the Whirlpool Rapids, passing the Rainbow Bridge, Queen Victoria Park, the American Falls and the Skylon Tower, then curving along the Horseshoe Falls and returning to base. It says the route is set with Transport Canada. We confirm your arrival time at the heliport by email when we confirm your booking.

Does the helicopter flight depend on the weather, and what if it cannot go?

Yes. Niagara Helicopters says it flies daily from 9 am, weather permitting, needs a cloud base of at least 2,400 feet and visibility of at least 3 miles to take off, and cannot fly after dark or in low cloud; if it cannot fly in the morning it may fly later the same day (its website, checked 25 October 2026). It describes a no-fly, no-pay policy for its own walk-in flights. What happens to a pre-booked Voyzo tour on a day the helicopter cannot go is not set out on this page, so ask us before you book. Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations.

Are there age, weight or seating rules for the helicopter flight?

Niagara Helicopters says it welcomes passengers of all ages from 1 month to 100 years and publishes no weight limit. It says seats are assigned by weight and balance, so no particular seat can be guaranteed, and that each aircraft carries seven passengers and the pilot (its website, checked 25 October 2026). It publishes no child-seat or lap-infant rule, so tell us your children's ages and we confirm the details by email. Every guest who flies needs a seat, so give us your final group size when you book. The vehicle and driver-guide are for your group only, but the helicopter and the boat are run by their operators and may carry other passengers: Niagara Helicopters says it fills its helicopters to capacity, and that guaranteeing a private flight means paying for six seats. A flight for your group alone is not part of what this page describes, so ask us before you book.

Where does the helicopter take off, and who flies it?

The flight leaves from Niagara Helicopters' heliport at 3731 Victoria Avenue, at the Niagara River Parkway in Niagara Falls, Ontario, where the operator lists free parking, a picnic and aircraft-viewing area and a gift shop. It flies Airbus H130 helicopters that carry seven passengers and the pilot, which it has used since June 2015. Your driver-guide takes you to the heliport and sets the timing with your group; we confirm your arrival time at the heliport by email.

Where is lunch, and what does it include?

Lunch is at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel in Niagara Falls, and it is included in the price. The hotel lists a buffet restaurant, the Fallsview Grand Buffet, which it describes as offering buffet dining with sweeping views of Niagara Falls (the hotel's Marriott page, read from a May 2026 copy on 25 October 2026). The hotel and the restaurant publish different meal times, so we confirm the restaurant, the lunch format and the time for your date by email, and this page does not state a menu. Gratuities are not included, and we do not state what drinks are covered, so ask us if you want to know.

Can you cater for dietary needs or allergies at lunch?

Tell us about any dietary needs or allergies when you book, by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, and we pass them on. We do not state a menu or what the restaurant can provide on this page, so we confirm what is possible by email before the day.

Is the boat ride part of the tour, and when does it run?

Yes, a Niagara City Cruises boat ride (formerly Hornblower Niagara Cruises) is part of the tour in season. Niagara City Cruises describes its Voyage to the Falls as a 20-minute ride past the American and Bridal Veil Falls into the mist of the Horseshoe Falls, and its boats leave from the Lower Landing in the Niagara Gorge, below Clifton Hill (its website, checked 25 October 2026). Niagara Parks lists the cruises as seasonal, April to November; its hours showed daily sailings from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM through 28 November, Friday to Monday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in December (closed 25 December) and none from 29 December until the planned reopening on 25 April 2027 (checked 25 October 2026). Sailings depend on conditions, and the operator's own pages do not describe December sailings, so ask us before you book what can be arranged when the boat cannot sail and whether the price changes.

Do we get wet on the boat, and what should we wear?

Expect to get damp. Niagara City Cruises gives each guest a complimentary recyclable poncho before boarding and says guests get wet from the mist; cruises before sunset sail into the heart of the Horseshoe Falls (its website, checked 25 October 2026). Wear shoes that can get wet and bring a layer, because the operator says it is generally 5 to 10 degrees cooler by the water.

What is the maple syrup tasting stop?

The tour includes a stop to taste Ontario maple syrup. We do not name the venue on this page, so we confirm the stop for your date by email. Under federal rules, Canada Grade A maple syrup comes in four colour classes: Golden with a delicate taste, Amber with a rich taste, Dark with a robust taste and Very Dark with a strong taste, and syrup made at the start of the season is typically lighter and more delicate than syrup made later (Canadian Food Inspection Agency; Maple from Canada). Ontario producers harvested about 4.1 million kilograms of syrup in 2025, about 3.7% of Canada's total, according to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

Which stops are on the Niagara Parkway?

A typical plan includes stops at Queenston Heights, the Whirlpool and the Niagara Gorge, and the Floral Clock, which your driver-guide sets with your group. Queenston Heights Park is run by Niagara Parks and is the site of Brock's Monument, part of Queenston Heights National Historic Site, which honours Major General Sir Isaac Brock, killed in the Battle of Queenston Heights in October 1812. We do not promise access to the monument: Parks Canada announced masonry work there in September 2025, and we confirm what can be visited on your date. The Whirlpool stop is a view over the gorge; the Whirlpool Aero Car and the White Water Walk are seasonal attractions with their own tickets, and neither is part of this tour. The Floral Clock stands on the Niagara Parkway towards Niagara-on-the-Lake.

When is the Floral Clock open, and what if it is out of season?

Niagara Parks lists the Floral Clock, on the Niagara Parkway towards Niagara-on-the-Lake, as a seasonal attraction from May to October. Its face is 40 feet (about 12 metres) across, is planted with as many as 16,000 carpet-bedding plants and is changed twice a year, and Niagara Parks gives about 30 minutes for a visit and lists free parking (its website, checked 25 October 2026). Outside the season the Floral Clock stop is not available; ask us what your group can do with that time, for example at the Falls or at other Parkway viewpoints.

Is there free time for Clifton Hill or shopping?

Yes. The tour includes free time for Clifton Hill, shopping and sightseeing in Niagara Falls, and your driver-guide fits it around your helicopter and boat times. Niagara City Cruises lists its ticket plaza a short walk from the foot of Clifton Hill, so the two sit close together. How long you get depends on the day's flight, lunch and boat times, which we confirm with you.

Can we choose, skip or reorder the stops?

Yes, within the day. The tour is a sample plan, and your driver-guide sets the order and the time at each stop with your group; the plan can also change on the day for traffic, weather, closures or safety. The helicopter flight and the boat ride follow their own schedules, so we confirm their times with you. If you want a different plan, such as more time at one stop or another Niagara Parks attraction, tell us in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com before you book. Time beyond the 9 hours is charged additionally; we confirm the rate by email.

Is a 9-hour day mostly driving?

There is a real drive in it, but not most of the day. Niagara Falls is about 130 kilometres south of Toronto by the Gardiner Expressway and the QEW, which Destination Ontario describes as roughly an hour and a half, and Niagara Falls Tourism says travel time can double at rush hour and on weekends (both checked 25 October 2026). In normal traffic that is about 3 of the 9 hours for the round trip from downtown Toronto; the rest goes to the flight, lunch, the boat ride, the Parkway stops and free time. Your driver-guide adjusts the plan if traffic or the helicopter's schedule changes.

Does the tour change in winter, and does the helicopter fly then?

The day works in winter, with changes. Niagara Helicopters says it flies year-round, daily from 9 am, weather permitting (checked 25 October 2026). The boat ride is the seasonal part: Niagara Parks' hours showed sailings through 28 November, Friday to Monday only in December (closed 25 December) and none from 29 December until the planned reopening on 25 April 2027, so in the weeks without sailings the boat ride is not available: ask us before you book what can be arranged and whether the price changes. Journey Behind the Falls is open all year and is one thing you can ask about. The Floral Clock is a May-to-October attraction, and daylight is short in winter, so a later start leaves less daylight for the outdoor stops.

Can I add Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower or something else?

Yes, ask us. Journey Behind the Falls, an elevator ride 125 feet down to tunnels beside the Horseshoe Falls, is open all year, Niagara Parks gives about 60 minutes for it, and it stays open during its upgrade works; it has its own ticket (Niagara Parks, checked 25 October 2026). Extras add time to your day, and time beyond the 9 hours is charged additionally. Tell us what you want in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com and we confirm the price and the timing by email.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply, and section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability.

How does booking work, and when do I pay?

Booking is a request: pick your group size, a date and a preferred start time in the calendar, then press its “Book now” button. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice, you can reserve now and pay later, and nothing is confirmed until we confirm availability by email. After that we send your exact pickup time, the vehicle and your driver-guide's details. Your card is charged 48 hours before your tour date; if you book within 48 hours of the tour, you pay when you book. The calendar itself describes this product as on request.

Where do you pick up and drop off?

Pickup is available at any address in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), whether that is a hotel, a home or another address, and it is included in the price. The GTA means the City of Toronto and the regions of Durham, Halton, Peel and York. Pickup outside the GTA is not included, so request a custom quote. A pickup far from Niagara, such as the north or east edge of the GTA, means a longer drive; we confirm how the day fits your address when we confirm your booking. Tell us your pickup address when you request your date; we confirm your pickup time by email. Drop-off is arranged with you, for example back to your hotel, home or an airport in the GTA, and we confirm it when we confirm your booking.

Can you collect us from Toronto Pearson?

Toronto Pearson International Airport is in Mississauga, inside the GTA, and pickup is available at any address in the GTA. For an airport pickup, email your flight times to info@voyzo.com or add them to the message box of the quote form on this page, and we confirm by email whether the plan fits your arrival time. A morning start also needs a pickup that suits the helicopter and lunch times we confirm with you.

Who runs the tour, and who guides it?

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo stays your point of contact for booking, pricing and support. In Toronto and Niagara Falls, tours are operated using a dedicated fleet and drivers provided through Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company. One driver-guide drives the vehicle and guides your day; a separate tour guide is not included, and you can ask us whether one can be arranged. The driver-guide and vehicle are licensed and insured. The helicopter flight is flown by Niagara Helicopters and the boat ride is run by Niagara City Cruises, which are separate companies.

Is this tour private, how many guests can come and which vehicle do we get?

Yes, your group travels alone with one driver-guide in a private vehicle, and groups of 1 to 56 guests are welcome. The vehicle is an SUV for 1 to 6 guests, a Sprinter van for 7 to 14 guests and a Prevost coach bus for 15 to 56 guests. Choose a group size that counts everyone riding, children included, because the price follows the number of guests; how an infant counts is not published on this page, so email info@voyzo.com if you travel with one. Every guest who flies also needs a seat in the helicopter, so tell us your group size early: we confirm how the flight is arranged for larger groups by email. The helicopter flight and the boat ride are run by their operators and may carry other passengers (see the helicopter questions above). For 21 to 56 guests, choose “> 20” in the group-size list, type your group size and click outside the box so the price updates (the calendar accepts up to 56).

Can we bring children, and are child seats available?

Yes. Children are welcome in the vehicle and child seats are available; tell us your children's ages and how many seats you need in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com. Niagara Helicopters says it welcomes passengers from 1 month old but publishes no child-seat or lap-infant rule, so we confirm the details for your children by email. Niagara City Cruises allows small to mid-size strollers but not on the upper deck.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

We do not offer a wheelchair-accessible vehicle on this tour. Niagara Helicopters' 2024 accessibility plan describes a ramp to the main pad, an accessible washroom and a portable chair lift for guests who cannot climb into the aircraft, and Niagara City Cruises says its boats are wheelchair accessible with ramps, elevators and accessible washrooms (both checked 25 October 2026). Niagara Parks lists Queenston Heights Park as partially accessible. We cannot promise access at every stop, so tell us what your group needs and we confirm what is possible. If anyone in your group has mobility needs, tell us before you book, by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page.

Is a private tour better than a shared tour or booking each part myself?

It depends on what matters to you, and we do not rank them. A private tour costs more in total but gives your group its own vehicle and driver-guide, pickup at your address and a day built around your helicopter and boat times; a shared tour is sold per person on a set timetable and can cost less for one or two travellers, and booking the flight, the boat ride and lunch yourself means arranging the transport and the timing yourself. The comparison table on this page sets the options side by side.

Do I need a passport or visa for this tour?

This tour stays in Canada and never crosses the border, so the only papers you need are those that let you be in Canada, and photo ID is worth carrying. Check canada.ca for your nationality before you travel. Seeing the U.S. side of the Falls would be a different tour.

What should I wear and bring?

Pack sunglasses, a camera and comfortable clothes for the weather: the Falls' mist can dampen you in any season, and the boat ride goes into it. Photo ID is worth carrying, and you can tell us by email or in the quote form if you must be back at a set time.

Are gratuities included?

No. Gratuities for your driver-guide are not included in the price, and personal expenses are not included either.

About the Niagara Falls helicopter, boat ride and lunch tour

This day is for groups who want the Falls from the air and from the water in one private vehicle. The flight itself is about 9 minutes in the air, so most of the day is spent on the ground: the drive from the GTA, the Parkway stops, lunch, the boat ride and free time in Niagara Falls, and your driver-guide fits them around the helicopter and boat times we confirm with you.

Seasons and weather shape the plan. The helicopter flies year-round weather permitting, while the boat ride is seasonal (April to November) and the Floral Clock is a May-to-October attraction; when one is not available, ask us before you book what can be arranged.

Niagara Helicopters, the flight operator named for this tour, flies from a heliport at 3731 Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls. It says it has been in business for more than fifty years: it moved to its present site in 1964, began its present operation in 1985 with one four-seat Bell 206 JetRanger, replaced its fleet with Bell 407s in 1996 and has flown Airbus H130 helicopters since June 2015, which it says have a lower noise signature than the Bell 407. The Falls route is set with Transport Canada, and a revised flight path has been in effect since January 2015 (the operator's website, checked 25 October 2026).

Niagara City Cruises, formerly Hornblower Niagara Cruises, opened its Canadian-side boat tours on 15 May 2014. Maid of the Mist, whose first boat sailed in 1846, made its last tour from the Canadian side on 24 October 2013 and continues to sail from the U.S. side. Ontario's cabinet ordered the Niagara Parks Commission to open the boat tours to competitive bidding in 2009, and in February 2012 the commission announced a 30-year lease to the company's Canadian arm (CBC News, 22 February 2012). Its Voyage to the Falls is a 20-minute ride into the mist of the Horseshoe Falls.

Ontario producers harvested about 4.1 million kilograms of maple syrup in 2025, about 3.7% of Canada's total, according to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Canada Grade A syrup is sold in four colour classes, Golden, Amber, Dark and Very Dark, and syrup made at the start of the sugaring season is typically lighter and more delicate than syrup made later. The tasting stop on this tour is one of the day's local flavours; we confirm the stop for your date.
