Cancellation and changes
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.
How booking works
- Choose your group size, date and start time. We need at least 24 hours' notice.
- Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
- Share your wishes. Put dietary needs, mobility needs, children's ages and heights and any time you must finish by in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
- Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact time and meeting-point details ahead of the tour.
How the hours work
The price covers a private bike tour of 4 to 6 hours. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option, so we confirm the length for your date by email. Time beyond the planned length is charged additionally; tell us by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page if you want a longer ride, and we confirm whether it is possible and the total in your booking confirmation.
Who runs your tour
You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.
Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. We confirm by email who leads your ride and who supplies the bikes.
Bikes, helmets and equipment
We confirm by email which bikes and helmets are provided for your group, which sizes are available and whether any bikes are electric; the booking calendar does not list equipment. The City of Toronto says riders of bicycles and pedal-assist e-bikes must wear a bicycle or motorcycle helmet, and that pedal-assist e-bikes are allowed for riders aged 16 and older (checked 29 October 2026). Tell us your group's heights, ages and riding experience when you book.
Route and stops
The stops named for this tour are the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, the Hockey Hall of Fame and Fort York National Historic Site, and we confirm by email whether the CN Tower is also a stop. We confirm the order, the stops your group goes inside and the stops it rides past. The route stays on the mainland with no ferry. The Distillery District describes itself as a walking district with cobblestone streets and gives no rule about bicycles, so we confirm how your group moves through it.
Which days the stops are open
Fort York is open Wednesday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., St. Lawrence Market is closed on Mondays and the Hockey Hall of Fame lists daily hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (checked 29 October 2026). The calendar offers every day, so tell us which stop matters most and we confirm what the tour does on days when a stop is closed. The dated table in the itinerary section lists the sources.
Admission and extras
Attraction tickets and admission are not included. The City of Toronto lists free general admission at Fort York; the Hockey Hall of Fame lists general admission prices by age band (checked 29 October 2026); the CN Tower sells timed tickets (checked 26 October 2026). Tell us which stops you want to enter, by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, because going inside adds time to your tour.
Larger groups
The calendar sells groups of 1 to 56 guests. For groups of 15 or more we confirm the arrangements for the ride by email. If your group goes inside Fort York, the City of Toronto charges groups of 15 or more a fee, asks them to contact the site at least 14 days ahead and says it may not be able to accommodate them without advance booking (checked 29 October 2026).
Accessibility
If anyone in your group has mobility needs, tell us before you book and we confirm by email what can be arranged, including whether adaptive bikes are available; questions go to info@voyzo.com. The City of Toronto says Fort York is mainly an outdoor site with asphalt walkways and walking between locations, and that its Stone and Brick Magazines are not wheelchair accessible (checked 29 October 2026). The Distillery District's FAQ says its streets are cobblestone and uneven in places.
Children and riders' ages
Tell us if children are in your group and include their ages and heights in your request. We confirm by email whether child bike sizes, child seats or trailers are available and whether a minimum age applies. Venues set their own admission ages: the Hockey Hall of Fame, for example, lists children aged 3 and under as free (checked 29 October 2026).
Weather and winter riding
We confirm by email whether the ride runs on your date; this page does not promise a ride in snow, ice, heavy rain or deep cold. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals for the Toronto (City) station give a normal daily maximum of 8.1 degrees Celsius in November, 2.6 in December and -0.3 in January, with normal daily minimums of 2.3, -2.7 and -6.7. At Toronto Pearson the normals show 24.1 cm of snow in December and 31.5 cm in January (checked 26 October 2026). Wear layers for the weather, and ask for an earlier start in winter because the calendar's latest start is 3:00 PM.
Food and dietary needs
Meals and snacks are not included. St. Lawrence Market is one of the stops, but anything you eat there or elsewhere is your own purchase, and we cannot promise a dietary option. Tell us about dietary needs or allergies when you book.

Yes, both are optional additions, and we confirm by email which fit your start time and length. The City says bicycles are allowed on all High Park roads, with bike lanes on Centre Road and Colborne Lodge Drive, and on paved trails. Museum admission is separate and uses date-based pricing set by the Royal Ontario Museum.
How large a group can book the bike tour?
The calendar sells groups of 1 to 56 guests in seven price bands, from US$1,699 for 1 to 4 guests to US$4,499 for 35 to 56. For groups of 15 or more we confirm the arrangements for the ride by email. If your group goes inside Fort York, the City of Toronto charges groups of 15 or more a fee and asks them to contact the site at least 14 days ahead (checked 29 October 2026).
Is there a bike tour of the Toronto Islands too?
Yes, as separate tours. The Toronto Islands Bike Tour via Distillery District is a private 3-hour tour from the Distillery District to the islands, with the ferry included, and the Toronto Islands Evening Bike Tour is a private 3.5-hour ride that includes a ferry crossing. This downtown tour stays on the mainland, with no ferry.
Is Toronto a good city to explore by bike, and do we need cycling experience?
The City of Toronto publishes a Cycling Network Map showing bike lanes, cycle tracks, on-street shared connections and multi-use trails, and its rules allow cycling in painted bike lanes, physically separated bikeways and multi-use trails (checked 29 October 2026). The distance, pace and riding experience needed for this tour are not set out here, so tell us your group's riding experience when you request your date and we confirm the plan by email.

About the private bike tour of downtown Toronto
This tour links by bike sights that Voyzo's other Toronto tours cover one at a time: the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, the Hockey Hall of Fame and Fort York. Voyzo's separate Toronto tours cover the Corktown and Distillery District, the market, the Hockey Hall of Fame and Fort York on their own, and the Toronto Islands bike tours are separate rides.
From late October, opening hours shape the plan. Fort York and Colborne Lodge are open Wednesday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., St. Lawrence Market is closed on Mondays, and the Distillery Winter Village opens on 12 November 2026 with ticketed hours from 4 p.m. on some days. The calendar's latest start is 3:00 PM, so ask for an earlier start if a stop matters to you.
Two of the stops, the Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market, are in downtown Toronto's Old Town, which Destination Toronto calls the historic centre of Toronto. Parks Canada says the Gooderham and Worts Distillery was designated a national historic site in 1988 and comprises 30 brick and stone industrial buildings on 13 acres, built between 1859 and 1927. The City of Toronto describes the St. Lawrence Market District as three buildings: St. Lawrence Hall, St. Lawrence Market North and the South St. Lawrence Market.
Fort York is a War of 1812 site where, the City of Toronto says, the Battle of York reached its climax on 27 April 1813; seven of its eight historic buildings, all built between 1813 and 1815, still stand, and it was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1923. The Hockey Hall of Fame is at Brookfield Place, 30 Yonge Street. Voyzo's other Toronto tours cover several of these places one at a time; this tour joins them on one bike route, and we confirm the order and the stops your group goes inside.
High Park is an optional addition. The City of Toronto says John and Jemima Howard deeded their 165-acre property to Toronto in 1873 on the condition that it be kept for the free use, benefit and enjoyment of the citizens of Toronto and be called High Park, and that purchases in 1876 and 1930 brought the park to 399 acres. In winter, the Distillery Winter Village runs from 12 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 according to its FAQ, with free entry before 4 p.m. daily (checked 29 October 2026).
