Cancellation and changes

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size, date and start time. We need at least 24 hours' notice.
  2. Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
  3. Share your wishes. Put children's ages, cycling experience, mobility needs and any time you must finish by in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
  4. Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact time and meeting-point details ahead of the tour.
How the hours work

The price covers a private tour of 3 hours. If you want more time, email info@voyzo.com or use the quote form and we confirm whether it is possible and the total.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. The ferry crossing is run by the City of Toronto, and we confirm by email who leads your ride and which bikes and helmets are supplied.

Bikes, helmets and who leads the ride

The ride is by bike. We confirm by email which bikes, helmets and lights are supplied for your group, what sizes and bike types are available, and who leads the ride, because this page does not list them. Ask us before you book if you need an answer sooner. Ontario law requires every cyclist under 18 to wear an approved helmet, according to the City of Toronto (checked 29 October 2026).

The ferry

The ferry to the Toronto Islands is included in the price. The City of Toronto runs the ferry; its own adult return fare is CAD 9.57, given for context only (checked 26 October 2026). The City says bicycles are welcome on the ferry and that peak waits on weekends and holidays can exceed 30 to 60 minutes, so the running order depends on the sailings for your date.

Winter, daylight and weather

From 14 October to mid-April the City's ferry schedule shows only the Ward's Island route, schedules can change because of weather or mechanical issues, and it can be colder on the island than in the rest of Toronto (checked 29 October 2026). We confirm by email whether and how a winter date can run, which start times suit the daylight and what happens to your booking if weather or a ferry change affects the ride. The City lists a white front light and a red rear light or reflector as required bicycle equipment, in use from half an hour before sunset.

Access and fitness

The City says the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal and the ferries are accessible, with priority boarding for people needing accommodation (checked 26 October 2026), and that the island has paved and gravel trails (checked 29 October 2026). The Distillery District's streets are cobblestone and uneven in places. Tell us about mobility needs, cycling experience and fitness when you book, and we confirm what can be arranged.

Children

Tell us the children's ages and cycling experience in your request, and we confirm age limits and bike options by email. Every rider under 18 must wear an approved helmet.

Tickets, food and extras

The ferry is included. Gratuities, meals and snacks, other tickets and admissions, and time beyond the 3 hours are not included unless we confirm otherwise when you book. The Distillery District's shops and restaurants keep their own hours (checked 29 October 2026).
