Cancellation and changes

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size and date. We need at least 24 hours' notice. The calendar's start-time list has no evening option; this tour starts at 7 pm.
  2. Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
  3. Share your hotel and wishes. Put your hotel, the 7 pm start, dietary needs, mobility needs and children's ages in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
  4. Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact pickup time and hotel details ahead of the tour.
Start time and the booking calendar

This tour starts at 7 pm. The booking calendar's start-time list currently shows hourly options from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and has no evening option, so tell us you want the 7 pm start in the message box of the quote form on this page or by email to info@voyzo.com when you request your date. We email your exact pickup time once your booking is confirmed.

How the 4 hours work

The price covers a private tour of 4 hours. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option. We confirm the finish time and your drop-off in your booking confirmation. If you want a longer evening, a different plan or a different time, tell us by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, and we confirm whether it is possible and the total.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. We confirm by email which operator runs your tour. A driver-guide drives the vehicle and guides the evening. A separate tour guide is not included; ask us whether one can be arranged and what it would cost. The driver-guide and vehicle are licensed and insured.

Stops and route

Stops include the CN Tower, Nathan Phillips Square and City Hall with the TORONTO Sign, the Distillery District, Harbourfront, the Financial District skyline, and Yorkville and Bloor Street. Your driver-guide sets the order and the time at each stop with your group, and we confirm the route for your date. This page does not say which stops are walking stops, so ask us if walking matters to you.

Tickets and extras

The price covers the vehicle, the driver-guide, hotel pickup and all tolls, parking and fuel. Attraction admissions are not included: the CN Tower sells timed tickets for its observation levels on its own site, and the Distillery Winter Village needs a ticket to enter the District on set evenings (see the dated table in the Itinerary section). Meals, snacks and gratuities for your driver-guide are not included either. Tell us which extras you want, because they add time to your evening.

What to bring and the weather

Evenings are colder than the daytime high. At the Toronto climate station the 1991 to 2020 normal daily minimum is 2.3 degrees Celsius in November, -2.7 in December and -6.7 in January (Environment and Climate Change Canada), so dress warmly in layers. The City of Toronto says an Extreme Cold Weather Alert is issued for southern Ontario, including Toronto, when the temperature or wind chill is forecast to reach minus 30 degrees Celsius for at least two hours. This page does not say whether the tour runs in snow, freezing rain or an Extreme Cold Weather Alert: ask us before you book, and we confirm by email.

Accessibility

This page does not state a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, so ask us before you book. The Distillery District calls itself an accessible site, but its cobblestone streets are uneven in places (the district's FAQ, checked 29 October 2026). If anyone in your group has mobility needs, tell us in the quote form or by email, and we confirm with the operator what can be arranged. We cannot promise access at every stop.

Children

Include your children's ages in your booking request or message. This page states no age limit for the tour and does not say whether child seats can be provided, so we confirm both by email. Count everyone riding in the vehicle, children included, when you give your group size.

Food and drink

Meals and snacks are not included, and this page sets no dinner stop in the 4 hours. The Distillery District has shops and restaurants, and the Bloor-Yorkville BIA describes over 700 designer boutiques, restaurants, hotels and galleries in its area. Tell us about dietary needs, and ask us before you book if you want a meal planned.

Photography

This page does not state a rule for personal photos at the Distillery District. Commercial photography or filming there needs a permit arranged in advance (the district's FAQ, checked 29 October 2026), so tell us if you plan a professional shoot.

Tolls, parking and fuel are included; gratuities and attraction admissions are not. Extra time is charged additionally, and we confirm the rate by email.

What time does the Toronto night tour start?

The tour starts at 7 pm with hotel pickup in downtown Toronto. The booking calendar's start-time list currently shows hourly options from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and has no evening option, so tell us you want the 7 pm start in the quote form on this page or by email to info@voyzo.com. We email your exact pickup time once your booking is confirmed.

How long is the tour, and when does it finish?

The price covers a private tour of 4 hours. We confirm the finish time and your drop-off in your booking confirmation, and your driver-guide sets the order of the stops and the time at each with your group. Time beyond the 4 hours is charged additionally, and we confirm the rate by email.

Where does the Toronto night tour pick me up?

Pickup is at your hotel anywhere in downtown Toronto, for a 7 pm start. For a pickup outside downtown Toronto or at an address that is not a hotel, ask us before you book, and we confirm what can be arranged. Add your hotel to the quote form on this page or email it to info@voyzo.com, and we email your exact pickup time once your booking is confirmed.

What do we see on the Toronto night city tour?

Stops include the CN Tower, Nathan Phillips Square and City Hall with the TORONTO Sign, the Distillery District, Harbourfront, the Financial District skyline, and Yorkville and Bloor Street. Your driver-guide sets the order and the time at each stop with your group, and we confirm the route for your date. This page does not say which stops are walking stops, so ask us if walking matters to you.

Is the CN Tower lit in the same colour every night?

No. The CN Tower says LED lights illuminate its exterior each night in honour of major Canadian cultural moments, charities and special causes. Its lighting schedule lists a cause and colours for many dates, not every date: on 29 October 2026 it showed purple for several awareness days, orange for Halloween on 31 October and red for Remembrance Day on 11 November. The nightly switch-off time is not stated, so we do not promise one.

Does the tour go up the CN Tower?

Attraction admissions are not included in the price, and the CN Tower sells timed tickets for its observation levels on its own site, so going up is a separate purchase. This page does not set a visit to the observation levels within the 4 hours. If you want to go up, tell us in your request, and we confirm whether it fits your evening.

Is the Distillery District open in the evening, and is a ticket needed in winter?

The Distillery District lists hours of Monday to Wednesday 10 am to 8 pm, Thursday to Saturday 10 am to 9 pm and Sunday 11 am to 8 pm; its shops and restaurants keep their own hours. From 12 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 its Winter Village needs a ticket from 4 pm on Fridays to Sundays, on Thursdays in December and daily from 14 to 31 December. The ticket is not in our price.

What changes on the Toronto night tour in winter?

From about the end of September a 7 pm start is after sunset, and the clocks go back on 1 November 2026. Winter adds the Bloor-Yorkville holiday lights from 21 November to 31 December 2026, the Cavalcade of Lights at Nathan Phillips Square from 28 November 2026 (Opening Night) to 7 January 2027, with the City listing the time as 5 to 10 pm, and the Distillery Winter Village from 12 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. Dress warmly, because evenings are colder than the daily highs.

Is the Toronto night tour still in daylight in summer?

Partly. From 14 March to about the end of September sunset is after 7 pm, and around midsummer it is after 9 pm, so the first part of a 7 pm tour is in daylight or twilight. From about the end of September a 7 pm start is after sunset. The City of Toronto says the TORONTO Sign's LEDs are not visible in bright daylight. We computed sunset times from NOAA solar equations for downtown Toronto; ask us if you want a different start time.

Is the tour private, and who guides it?

Yes. The vehicle and driver-guide are for your group only. One driver-guide drives the vehicle and guides the evening; a separate tour guide is not included, and you can ask us whether one can be arranged and what it would cost. The driver-guide and vehicle are licensed and insured. Voyzo FZ-LLC takes your booking and remains your contact at info@voyzo.com.

What is included, and what costs extra?

The price covers a private vehicle with a licensed, insured driver-guide, hotel pickup in downtown Toronto, a flexible itinerary built around your group and all tolls, parking and fuel. Attraction admissions, meals and snacks, gratuities for your driver-guide, a separate tour guide and time beyond the 4 hours are not included. Tell us which extras you want so we can confirm them.

What should we wear on a Toronto night tour?

Dress warmly in layers, because evenings are colder than the daytime high. At the Toronto climate station the 1991 to 2020 normal daily minimum is 2.3 degrees Celsius in November, -2.7 in December and -6.7 in January. The City of Toronto says an Extreme Cold Weather Alert is issued for southern Ontario, including Toronto, when the temperature or wind chill is forecast to reach minus 30 degrees Celsius for at least two hours. Ask us before you book what happens if the tour cannot run.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Include your children's ages in your booking request. This page states no age limit for the tour and does not say whether child seats can be provided, so we confirm both by email. Count everyone riding in the vehicle, children included, when you give your group size, and tell us if the evening start time suits your family.

Is the Toronto night tour wheelchair accessible?

This page does not state a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, so ask us before you book. The Distillery District calls itself an accessible site, but its cobblestone streets are uneven in places. If anyone in your group has mobility needs, tell us in the quote form or by email, and we confirm with the operator what can be arranged. We cannot promise access at every stop.

Can we have dinner during the tour?

Meals and snacks are not included, and this page sets no dinner stop within the 4 hours. The Distillery District has shops and restaurants, and the Bloor-Yorkville BIA describes over 700 designer boutiques, restaurants, hotels and galleries in its area. Tell us about dietary needs, and ask us before you book if you want a meal planned so we can confirm what fits the evening.

How many people can join, and what vehicle is used?

The booking calendar sells every group size from 1 to 56 guests. Larger groups travel in a larger vehicle: an SUV for up to 6 guests, a Sprinter van for up to 14 and a coach for up to 56, and we confirm the vehicle for your group. For 21 to 56 guests, choose “> 20” in the group-size list, type your group size and click outside the box so the price updates.

How does booking this tour work?

Choose your group size and date in the booking calendar at least 24 hours before your tour. Your booking is a request until we confirm availability by email, as soon as possible after we receive it. We then email your exact pickup time and hotel details before the tour. The start-time list has no evening option, so tell us you want the 7 pm start in the quote form or by email.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply, and section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability.

About the Toronto night city tour

This evening is for groups who want to see Toronto after dark from a private vehicle with a driver-guide, without arranging transport between stops. It starts with hotel pickup in downtown Toronto at 7 pm and includes stops at the CN Tower, Nathan Phillips Square, the Distillery District, Harbourfront and Yorkville, with the order and the time at each stop set by your driver-guide and your group.

Season and light shape the evening. From about the end of September a 7 pm start is after sunset (the clocks go back on 1 November 2026), while from 14 March to about the end of September the first part of the tour is in daylight or twilight, and the City of Toronto says the TORONTO Sign's LEDs are not visible in bright daylight. Winter adds dated events (the Distillery Winter Village, the Cavalcade of Lights and Yorkville's holiday lights), listed with sources in the Itinerary section.

The TORONTO Sign in Nathan Phillips Square was installed in July 2015 for the Toronto Pan American and Parapan American Games and was only intended to last a few weeks. The City of Toronto says a durable replica was installed in September 2020 and stands three metres tall. Each letter has LED lights that can change colour for holidays and events, and the lights illuminate the Square every night (City of Toronto, checked 29 October 2026).

The CN Tower was finished on 2 April 1975 and opened to the public on 26 June 1976. Its own website says LED lights line the outside of the tower from the ground to the top and illuminate it each night in honour of major Canadian cultural moments, charities and special causes, and its lighting schedule lists a cause and colours for many dates, so the colours change over time. Observation-level tickets are timed and sold separately, and admissions are not included in this tour's price (cntower.ca, checked 29 October 2026).

The Distillery District is the Gooderham and Worts Distillery, designated a national historic site in 1988; Parks Canada says it comprises 30 brick and stone industrial buildings on 13 acres at Trinity and Mill streets, built between 1859 and 1927. The district's FAQ calls it a 13-acre walking district with cobblestone streets that are uneven in places, and it lists hours of Monday to Wednesday 10 am to 8 pm, Thursday to Saturday 10 am to 9 pm and Sunday 11 am to 8 pm, with shops and restaurants keeping their own hours (checked 29 October 2026).
