Cancellation and changes

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size and date, and type your preferred time. We need at least 24 hours' notice.
  2. Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
  3. Share your wishes. Put dietary needs, mobility needs, children’s ages and any time you must finish by in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
  4. Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact time and meeting point ahead of the tour.
How the hours work

The price covers a private tour of 2 hours, including the downtown walk. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option. The Hall puts the average visit at 2 hours (2 to 2.5 hours on its group page), so we confirm how your 2 hours are split between the museum and the walk. If you want a longer tour, tell us by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, and we confirm whether it is possible and the total in your booking confirmation. The Hall is open to the public from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in winter, spring and fall and publishes no last-admission time, so we confirm a start time that fits (checked 29 October 2026).

The Hall’s entrance

The Hall says visitors enter through its main entrance on the Shopping Concourse Level of Brookfield Place, in the southeast corner of the Concourse, and that there is no public access through the front doors of the historic bank building at Yonge and Front Streets (checked 29 October 2026). We email the exact meeting point before your tour.

Admission and extras

Hockey Hall of Fame admission for your group is included in the tour price. We confirm the admission arrangements for your group size by email; the Hall asks groups of 15 or more to contact its Group Sales office. Anything the Hall sells separately, such as its Stanley Cup photo, is not part of the price unless we confirm it when you book. Gratuities and meals are not included.

Closures and busy periods

The Hall lists itself as closed on Monday 9 November 2026, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, and closes the Esso Great Hall for part of 7 and 8 November 2026, with the Stanley Cup moved to another location (checked 29 October 2026). Summer, Christmas and March Break are the Hall’s peak periods. Its holiday and March Break hours are not clearly published, so we confirm the Hall’s hours for your date.

Accessibility

The Hall says wheelchairs and strollers can reach every area, with an elevator beside the steps to the Great Hall, one free wheelchair loan on a first-come basis, baby-changing stations, service animals welcome in public areas and one support person admitted free (checked 29 October 2026). We do not have route or surface details for the downtown walk, so tell us about any mobility needs before you book and we confirm what can be arranged for your group.

Children

Children are welcome. The Hall publishes no minimum age (checked 29 October 2026). Tell us your children’s ages and how many guests are in your group, in the quote form on this page or by email to info@voyzo.com, and we confirm how your group size applies.

Photography

The Hall says cameras are welcome (checked 29 October 2026). The Hall lists a Stanley Cup photo as a separate paid service; whether it is part of your tour is confirmed by email, and it is not included unless we say so.

Weather and what to bring

The museum visit is indoors. The downtown walk passes building facades, so expect time outdoors and dress for the weather; we confirm how the 2 hours are split. The Hall has no lockers or coat check (checked 29 October 2026), so winter coats stay with your group. Toronto Pearson’s 1991 to 2020 normals show 8.8 days in January and 7.0 in February with a wind chill below -20 (Environment and Climate Change Canada). Tell us if you prefer a mostly indoor plan in cold weather; the Hall is linked to Union Station by the PATH underground walkway, and we confirm what can be arranged.

Food and drink

No meal is included. The Hall does not allow food and drinks to be brought in and has snack machines inside; its seasonal Slapshot’s Snack Shack ran only from 2 July to 20 September 2026. Brookfield Place has a food court beside the Hall admission area (the Hall’s directions, checked 29 October 2026). Tell us about dietary needs when you book.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. This tour starts at a meeting point at the Hall, and we confirm by email who guides your group. The Hockey Hall of Fame is a separate organisation that sets its own hours, rules and prices.

What happens on the downtown walk?

Does a guide come inside the Hall with us?

Your guide gives commentary on the downtown walk. The Hall’s own visit pages describe a self-guided app with more than 50 customized tours and no staff-led tour (checked 29 October 2026), so we confirm by email how your guide leads the time inside the museum before your tour.

What are the Hockey Hall of Fame’s opening hours?

The Hall lists daily 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in winter, spring and fall, says hours are subject to change without notice and publishes no last-admission time. About the private Hockey Hall of Fame tour

This tour is for groups who want a guide for a visit to the Hockey Hall of Fame, with Hall admission included in one group total. The Hall is open to the public, so you share the museum with other visitors; the tour, your guide and your time are for your group only. About two hours of your day goes to the museum and a downtown walk, and we confirm the split by email.

The Hall says the Stanley Cup has its permanent home in the Esso Great Hall, in the historic building at Yonge and Front Streets that it describes as originally built in 1885, and that the original Cup is displayed in Lord Stanley’s Vault, a refurbished bank vault. Because the Hall sets its own hours and closes the Great Hall for part of 7 and 8 November 2026, we confirm your date before we confirm your booking.

The Hockey Hall of Fame was founded on 10 September 1943, according to The Canadian Encyclopedia, which says it inducted its first members in 1945 before it had a building, officially opened its Exhibition Place buildings in 1961 and moved in 1993 to its present home on Front Street in Toronto. The Hall gives its address as Brookfield Place, 30 Yonge Street, and describes the historic building that holds its Esso Great Hall as originally built in 1885 (the Hall’s website, checked 29 October 2026).

The Hall says the Stanley Cup has its permanent home in the Esso Great Hall, together with the major NHL trophies and a portrait and biography of each Honoured Member. It says the original Cup, the Dominion Hockey Challenge Cup of 1893, is displayed in Lord Stanley’s Vault, a refurbished bank vault in the Great Hall. The Hall also lists exhibit zones on hockey history and the NHL, and moves the Stanley Cup to another location when it closes the Great Hall for part of 7 and 8 November 2026.

Visitors do not use the front doors of the historic building: the Hall says its public entrance is on the Shopping Concourse Level of Brookfield Place, and that it is reachable by the PATH underground walkway. This Voyzo tour is a private 2-hour tour for your group, with Hall admission included and a downtown walk with commentary on historic bank buildings. The Hall is open to the public, so you share the museum with other visitors, and we confirm the route and the split between museum and walk by email.
