Cancellation and changes

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size, date and start time. We need at least 24 hours' notice.
  2. Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
  3. Share your wishes. Put where you are staying, mobility needs, children's ages and any time you must finish by in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
  4. Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact start time, the meeting spot at Union Station and the transport details ahead of the tour.
How the hours work

The price covers a private guided walk of 2 hours. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option. If you want a longer walk, tell us by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, and we confirm whether it is possible and the total in your booking confirmation.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

A private guide leads the walk for your group only. Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. We confirm who operates your walk, and how the transport works, by email with your booking confirmation.

The route and the PATH's opening hours

The City of Toronto says each PATH segment is owned and controlled by the owner of the property it runs through, with about 35 corporations involved, and its PATH page gives no opening hours (checked 29 October 2026). So we confirm your exact route, the meeting spot, the finishing spot and any closed sections by email when we confirm your booking. Tell us your preferred start time and date when you book; the calendar offers hourly starts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Tickets, food and extras

The price covers the private guided walk. Admission to the Hockey Hall of Fame or any other attraction, meals and gratuities are not included. The Hall is inside Brookfield Place and reached by the PATH; ask us before you book if you want time for a visit and we confirm what is possible by email. The City counts about 1,200 restaurants, shops and services in the PATH, and opening hours differ by building, so tell us if you want a meal or coffee stop and mention any dietary needs.

Accessibility

The City of Toronto's PATH page gives no information on step-free access, elevators or stairs along the network, so we cannot promise a step-free route. The TTC lists Union subway station as accessible, with two elevators and accessible entrances that include two on Bay Street leading to the PATH, and says certain entrances are temporarily closed during reconstruction (checked 29 October 2026). If anyone in your group uses a wheelchair, stroller or mobility aid or has difficulty with stairs, tell us before you book, by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form, and we confirm what the route allows.

Children

This page does not state a minimum age for the walk. Include your children's ages in your request, by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, and we confirm what suits them, including whether a stroller works on your route. If you add a Hockey Hall of Fame visit, the Hall sets its own ticket bands: children 3 and under are free and youth is ages 4 to 13 (checked 29 October 2026).

What to bring and the weather

The City describes the PATH as mostly underground, so most of the walk is sheltered, but anywhere the route comes above ground you are outside. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals for the Toronto (City) station show a daily mean of -3.5 degrees Celsius in January and an average daily maximum of 27.0 degrees in July. Wear comfortable walking shoes, since the walk lasts 2 hours, and dress for the weather outside. If you must finish by a set time, say so in the quote form or by email.

If the walk goes inside City Hall

The City of Toronto screens visitors to City Hall with a walk-through metal detector, opens bags for inspection and has no storage facilities (checked 29 October 2026). Visitors with limited mobility, including Wheel-Trans riders, can enter through the Hagerman/Elizabeth Street entrance, where a security guard is posted Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. We confirm by email whether your route enters the building.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Toronto PATH walking tour?

The Private Underground Toronto PATH Tour is a private guided walk of 2 hours for your group only. It starts at Union Station, follows the PATH past Brookfield Place and finishes near Toronto City Hall. The City of Toronto describes the PATH as a mostly underground pedestrian walkway network that covers more than 30 km and connects more than 75 buildings (checked 29 October 2026). We confirm the exact route by email.

How much does a private PATH tour in Toronto cost?

It costs US$1,499 in total for 1 to 4 guests, in US dollars with no added taxes. Prices are totals for the whole group, not per person: US$1,499 for 1 to 4 guests, US$1,799 for 5 to 6, US$1,999 for 7 to 10, US$2,499 for 11 to 14, US$2,999 for 15 to 28, US$3,499 for 29 to 34 and US$3,999 for 35 to 56 guests. Each price covers the 2-hour walk; admission, meals and gratuities are not included, and we confirm by email whether transport has a separate charge.

How long is the PATH tour, and where does it start and finish?

The tour takes 2 hours. It starts at Union Station, at 65 Front Street West in downtown Toronto (VIA Rail, checked 29 October 2026), and finishes near Toronto City Hall. We arrange your transport to the start and from the finish, and we email the exact meeting spot and finishing spot when we confirm your booking. The booking calendar offers hourly start times from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

How do I get to Union Station, and what does Voyzo arrange?

We arrange your transport to the start at Union Station and from the finish near City Hall. This page does not state the vehicle or whether the transport has a separate charge, so tell us where you are staying and we confirm both when we confirm your booking. For reference, UP Express lists 28 minutes for the trip between Union Station and Pearson, and its Union Station stop is in the SkyWalk (checked 29 October 2026).

What is the PATH in Toronto, and how long is it?

The City of Toronto describes the PATH as a mostly underground pedestrian walkway network in downtown Toronto that covers more than 30 km and connects more than 75 buildings. It links six subway stations, nine hotels and Union Station. The City's visitor guide gives the length as 27 km (16 miles), and the City dates the first PATH tunnel to 1900 (checked 29 October 2026).

Is the PATH the largest underground shopping complex in the world?

The City of Toronto's PATH page does not make that claim. It gives the size of the network as more than 30 km with more than 75 connected buildings and about 1,200 restaurants, shops and services, and it publishes no world ranking. We do not rank the PATH against other underground networks on this page (checked 29 October 2026).

Is the PATH open on weekends and holidays?

The City of Toronto's PATH page gives no opening hours. It says each PATH segment is owned and controlled by the owner of the property it runs through, with about 35 corporations involved, so access and shop hours can differ from one building to the next. Tell us your date and preferred start time, and we confirm your route and any closed sections by email (checked 29 October 2026).

Is a PATH tour a good idea in winter or in the rain?

Mostly, yes. The City describes the PATH as mostly underground, so most of the walk is sheltered from rain, snow and cold, while anywhere the route comes above ground you are outside. Toronto's 1991 to 2020 normals show a January daily mean of -3.5 degrees Celsius (Environment and Climate Change Canada). Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather outside; we confirm the route by email.

How far do we walk?

This page does not state a route length. The walk covers part of the PATH between Union Station and Toronto City Hall over 2 hours, and the distance depends on the route we confirm by email and on your pace. Comfortable walking shoes are worth wearing. The City's figure of more than 30 km is the length of the whole network, not of this walk.

Does the tour include the Hockey Hall of Fame or any admission?

No. Hockey Hall of Fame admission is not included in the tour price. The Hall is inside Brookfield Place, on the concourse level, and is reached by the PATH. If you want time for a visit, ask us before you book and we confirm what is possible by email. The Hall lists general admission at CAD 29.95 for ages 14 to 64, subject to taxes (checked 29 October 2026).

Can we eat or shop during the tour?

Food is not included. The City counts about 1,200 restaurants, shops and services in the PATH, and Brookfield Place has a food court on its concourse level. Opening hours differ by building, so tell us in your request if you want a meal or coffee stop, and we confirm what fits your route and start time (City of Toronto and Hockey Hall of Fame, checked 29 October 2026).

Is the PATH wheelchair accessible, and can strollers or mobility aids use this tour?

The City's PATH page gives no information on step-free access, so we cannot promise a step-free route. The TTC lists Union subway station as accessible, with two elevators and accessible entrances that include two on Bay Street leading to the PATH (checked 29 October 2026). Tell us what your group uses before you book, and we confirm what the route allows.

Can children join a private PATH tour?

This page does not state a minimum age for the walk. Include your children's ages in your request or in the quote form, and we confirm what suits them, including whether a stroller works on your route. If you add a Hockey Hall of Fame visit, the Hall sets its own ticket bands: children 3 and under are free and youth is ages 4 to 13 (checked 29 October 2026).

Is this tour private, and how many guests can join?

Yes. A private guide leads the walk for your group only, and the calendar sells every group size from 1 to 56 guests, each as one group total (see the pricing table). Choose a group size that counts everyone in your group, and email us if you travel with an infant. For 21 to 56 guests, choose “> 20” in the group-size list and type your group size; ask us before you book how a larger group is led.

How do I book, and how far ahead must I book?

Booking is a request: pick your group size, a date and a preferred start time in the calendar, then press its “Book now” button. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice, and nothing is confirmed until we confirm availability by email, after which we send your exact start time and meeting details. The calendar itself describes this product as on request.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply, and section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability.

Who runs the tour, and who guides it?

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo stays your point of contact for booking, pricing and support. A private guide leads the walk for your group only. Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company, while other tours are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured; we confirm who operates your walk and the transport by email.

What do we see on a PATH tour besides shopping?

The walk links Union Station, Brookfield Place and Toronto City Hall. Brookfield Place has the atrium Destination Toronto credits to Santiago Calatrava, and the Hockey Hall of Fame is on its concourse level (admission is not included). The walk finishes near City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square. We confirm the exact route by email (checked 29 October 2026).

Is the Nathan Phillips Square rink or the Cavalcade of Lights part of the tour?

Neither is a listed stop, but the walk finishes near City Hall, outside which is Nathan Phillips Square. The City says its skating rink is open annually from November to March and gives no 2026-27 opening date. It lists the Cavalcade of Lights from 28 November 2026 to 7 January 2027 at 5 to 10 p.m., without saying whether that is nightly. The calendar offers starts between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, so ask us if you want to see the lights (checked 29 October 2026).

About the Private Underground Toronto PATH Tour

This walk is for groups who want a guide through the PATH rather than a map. It starts at Union Station, follows the PATH past Brookfield Place, whose atrium Destination Toronto credits to Santiago Calatrava, and finishes near Toronto City Hall.

The PATH is mostly underground, so rain, snow and cold affect less of the walk than a walk at street level, but winter still shapes the day: the skating rink at Nathan Phillips Square runs from November to March, the Cavalcade of Lights is listed from 28 November 2026 to 7 January 2027, and works were under way in Union Station's Great Hall as of 29 October 2026. The dated table under the itinerary lists the sources.

The City of Toronto describes the PATH as a mostly underground pedestrian walkway network in downtown Toronto that covers more than 30 km and has more than 75 buildings connected to it; its visitor guide gives 27 km (16 miles), so the length depends on the page. The City says the network links six subway stations, nine hotels and Union Station, and reaches the Hockey Hall of Fame, Roy Thomson Hall, Scotiabank Arena, CF Toronto Eaton Centre, City Hall and Metro Hall (checked 29 October 2026).

The City traces the PATH to 1900, when the T. Eaton Co. joined its main store on Yonge Street to its annex by tunnel. It notes that five tunnels existed downtown by 1917, that a tunnel linked the newly opened Union Station to the Royal York Hotel in 1927 and that growth accelerated in the 1970s. Each segment is owned and controlled by the owner of the property it runs through, with about 35 corporations involved, and the City, which holds the PATH name and logo, coordinates signage and maps (City of Toronto, checked 29 October 2026).

The walk starts at Union Station, which the City describes as approaching its 100th anniversary in 2027 and used by more than a quarter-million people daily. The route passes Brookfield Place: Destination Toronto says its atrium was designed by Santiago Calatrava to mimic a tree canopy, and the Hockey Hall of Fame says it is at Brookfield Place, on the concourse level, reached by the PATH. The walk finishes near Toronto City Hall, which the City describes as the seat of municipal government for Canada's largest city (checked 29 October 2026).
