Good to know
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.
How booking works
- Choose your group size, date and start time. We need at least 24 hours' notice, and the calendar's hourly start options run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
- Share your wishes. Put where you are staying, the stops you most want to see, dietary needs, mobility needs and children's ages in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
- Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact time and meeting-point details ahead of the tour.
How the hours work
The price covers a private walk of 3 hours. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option. If you want a longer walk, tell us by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page before you book, and we confirm whether it is possible and the cost in your booking confirmation.
Who runs your tour
You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.
Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. A guide leads this walk. This page does not name the guide or say which of the two applies to this tour; ask us before you book.
The route and the stops
The tour is named for Graffiti Alley and the Church-Wellesley Village. The stops listed for it are Graffiti Alley, Kensington Market, the University of Toronto, the Church-Wellesley Village, CF Toronto Eaton Centre and St. Lawrence Market, with the CN Tower seen as a pass-by. Your guide sets the order and pace with your group. Tell us which stops matter most when you book, in the quote form on this page or at info@voyzo.com, and we confirm the route by email. This page gives no distances or timings between stops.
Market and shopping-centre hours
St. Lawrence Market's South Market is closed on Mondays and the market has its own hours on other days; the CF Toronto Eaton Centre also keeps its own hours. Both are listed with a date in the table in the Itinerary section. Some start options in the booking calendar (from 7:00 AM) are before they open, so tell us when you book if you want to go inside, and we confirm the stop for your date.
Tickets and extras
Attraction tickets and admission, meals and snacks and gratuities are not included. The listed stops are mainly streets, neighbourhoods and a laneway, and the CN Tower is a pass-by. If your group wants to go up the CN Tower, a timed ticket is bought from the tower and is not part of the price; tell us if you want to add it, because it adds time.
Food and dietary needs
No food is included: meals and snacks are excluded from the price. St. Lawrence Market is a public market, so anything you buy there is at your own cost. Tell us about dietary needs or allergies when you book, and we make no allergen claim for any vendor.
Accessibility
No official accessibility statement covers this route, and this page cannot confirm the surface of the laneway or the pace across several districts. If anyone in your group has mobility needs or uses a wheelchair or stroller, tell us before you book, and we confirm what can be arranged for your group. We cannot promise step-free access at every stop; questions go to info@voyzo.com.
Children
Include your children's ages in your booking request or message. The price is one total for the group, and the booking calendar has no separate child fare. This page sets no minimum age and does not say whether the history of the Church-Wellesley Village is pitched for children, so ask us if you are unsure.
What to bring and the weather
Most of this walk is outdoors, so dress for the forecast and wear comfortable shoes. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals for Toronto give an average January high of -0.3 degrees Celsius and low of -6.7 degrees. This page states no wet-weather or cold-weather policy, so ask us before you book what applies to your date; the cancellation rule stays the standard 24 hours.
Photography
We found no published photography rule for the laneway, Kensington Market or the Village streets, and none for the inside of The 519 or university buildings. Ask your guide before photographing people, and expect the murals to look different from any photo, because the art is always changing.
Pride weekend
Pride Toronto holds its festival in late June in and around the Church-Wellesley Village. Ask us before you request a June date.

A shared walking tour sold per person can cost less in total for one or two travellers, and Graffiti Alley can be walked on your own. The private tour costs more in total, but your group gets its own guide, a customizable route and a pace set with the guide, and the total is shared across the group, so the cost per person falls as the group grows.

What does the price include, and what is extra?
The price is the total for a private walking tour of 3 hours for your group only, with a guide and a meeting point in downtown Toronto. It does not cover attraction tickets and admission, meals and snacks, gratuities or time beyond the 3 hours. A CN Tower ticket, for example, is bought from the tower and is not part of the price. Need more time? Ask us before you book and we confirm the cost by email.
How long is the tour, and what time does it start?
The tour is a private walk of 3 hours. The booking calendar offers hourly start options from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and we confirm your exact start time by email once your booking is confirmed. If you want to go inside St. Lawrence Market or the Eaton Centre, tell us when you book: both have their own opening hours, listed with a date in the table in the Itinerary section.
Where does the tour start and end?
The meeting point is in downtown Toronto and is confirmed by email once your booking is confirmed; this page does not name a fixed point or a finishing point. Tell us where you are staying in the quote form on this page or at info@voyzo.com when you request your date. This page does not describe any transport, so ask us before you book if you need to know how your group moves between stops.
What will we see on the Graffiti Alley and Village tour?
The stops listed for the tour are Graffiti Alley, Kensington Market, the University of Toronto, the Church-Wellesley Village, CF Toronto Eaton Centre and St. Lawrence Market, with the CN Tower seen as a pass-by. Your guide sets the order and pace with your group, and we confirm the route by email. Tell us which stops matter most to your group when you book.
Can the route be customized?
Yes. The tour is private and customizable: the listed stops are the starting plan, and your guide adapts the order and pace to your group. Tell us which stops you most want to see, in the quote form on this page or at info@voyzo.com, and we confirm the route by email. The booking calendar sells one price per group size and has no route option.
Where is Graffiti Alley in Toronto?
Destination Toronto's street-art guide places Graffiti Alley in Toronto's Queen West area and suggests starting at the corner of Rush Lane and Portland Street and walking east. It also says the art is always changing, so the murals you see on your date can differ from any photo, including the photos on this page.
Is Graffiti Alley free to visit?
Graffiti Alley is a laneway in Toronto's Queen West area, and this page does not state a charge for walking it. The tour price covers a private walk of 3 hours with a guide for your group; attraction tickets and admission, such as a CN Tower ticket, are not included.
Is graffiti legal in Graffiti Alley?
The City of Toronto's graffiti-art exemption page treats the property owner's permission as the dividing line between graffiti art and vandalism, which it describes as tagging or marking property without the owner's consent. That page names no location, so we do not state which murals in Graffiti Alley are permitted. Walking the laneway is part of the tour, and you can ask your guide about it on the walk.
What is the Church-Wellesley Village?
The Church-Wellesley Village is an LGBTQ+ neighbourhood along Church Street in downtown Toronto. The City of Toronto's business improvement area list places it generally along Church Street from Wood Street to Gloucester Street, and Destination Toronto lists it among the City Centre neighbourhoods. The 519, a community centre at 519 Church Street, says it opened its doors in 1976.
Is this a private tour or a group tour?
It is a private tour: only your group walks with your guide, and the price is one total for the whole group, not per person. Groups of 1 to 56 guests can book in the calendar. A shared walking tour sold per person can cost less in total for one or two travellers; this private tour costs more in total but is built around your group's interests and pace.
Can I take this tour during Pride weekend in June?
Pride Toronto holds its festival in late June in and around the Church-Wellesley Village; its 2026 festival guide gave Festival Weekend as 25 to 28 June, and we have not found 2027 dates on its website (checked 29 October 2026). This page does not say whether the route or meeting point changes in Pride weekend, so ask us before you request a June date and we confirm by email.
Does the tour run in winter, rain or snow?
Most of the walk is outdoors. Dress for the forecast.
Are admission tickets included?
No. Attraction tickets and admission are not included unless the tour description says so, and it does not. Most listed stops are streets, neighbourhoods and a laneway, and the CN Tower is a pass-by. If your group wants to go up the CN Tower, a timed ticket is bought from the tower and is not part of the price; ask us if you want to add it, because it adds time.
Is the tour suitable for children and wheelchair users?
Include children's ages in your booking request or message; the price is one group total and the calendar has no child fare. No official accessibility statement covers this route, and this page cannot confirm the surface of the laneway or the pace across several districts. Tell us about mobility needs before you book and we confirm what can be arranged for your group.
What is Kensington Market known for?
Destination Toronto describes Kensington Market as a multicultural neighbourhood known for vintage clothing, street food and specialty grocers, bakeries and cheese shops. Parks Canada, which recognizes it as a National Historic Site of Canada, says the area was first developed in 1815 and was known for decades as the Jewish market after Jewish immigrants arrived there in the early 20th century, followed by later waves of newcomers.
How do I book, and what is the cancellation rule?
Choose your group size, date and preferred start time in the booking calendar at least 24 hours before your tour, and send the request. A booking is a request until we confirm availability by email, as soon as possible after we receive it. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date; cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee, and the terms that apply come with your booking confirmation (section 7 of our Terms and Conditions).
Who runs the tour?
You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com. Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. A guide leads this walk. This page does not name the guide or say which of the two applies to this tour; ask us before you book.
How many people can join, and what about a large group?
The booking calendar sells groups of 1 to 56 guests, with one price per group size. This page does not state a recommended maximum for a laneway and busy city pavements, so for a larger group tell us the size when you book and we confirm by email how the walk is run. Pricing for every size is in the pricing table.

About the Graffiti Alley and Church-Wellesley Village walking tour
This walk is for groups who want to see Graffiti Alley and the Church-Wellesley Village on a guided walking tour. It is a private tour, so your group sets the pace, and the stops listed for it are a starting plan that your guide adapts to what your group wants to see.
The murals and the weather shape the day. The art in Graffiti Alley is always changing, so the laneway you see on your date can differ from any photo. The walk is mostly outdoors, St. Lawrence Market and the shopping centre keep their own hours, and in winter you should dress for the forecast. Ask us before you book about anything that matters to your group, such as mobility needs.
Graffiti Alley is a laneway in Toronto's Queen West area. Destination Toronto's street-art guide suggests starting at the corner of Rush Lane and Portland Street and walking east, describes the art as reflecting the artsy Queen West vibe and political and social activism, says it is always changing, and advises more than one visit (checked 29 October 2026). The City of Toronto's graffiti-art exemption page separates graffiti art from vandalism, which it describes as tagging or marking property without the owner's consent. That page names no location, so this page does not say which murals in the laneway are permitted.
The Church-Wellesley Village is an LGBTQ+ neighbourhood along Church Street. The City of Toronto's business improvement area list places the Church-Wellesley Village area generally along Church Street from Wood Street to Gloucester Street, and Destination Toronto lists it among the City Centre neighbourhoods and features Pride Toronto, held in June. The 519, the community centre at 519 Church Street, says it opened its doors in 1976 and describes a commitment to the health, happiness and full participation of the 2SLGBTQ+ communities, with programs in arts and culture, health, housing, youth and older 2SLGBTQ+ adults. For wider context, Parks Canada's page on the Klippert case says the case contributed to the partial decriminalization of same-gender sexual acts in 1969.
Kensington Market is a National Historic Site of Canada. Parks Canada's record says the area was first developed in 1815 by George Taylor Denison, who built the Bellevue Estate on a 100-acre (40-hectare) parcel west of Spadina Avenue, that Jewish immigrants arrived in the early 20th century, mostly from Russia and eastern and south-central Europe, and that it was known for decades as the Jewish market. Later waves included post-war immigrants from Eastern Europe, Portugal and Italy and, in the 1960s, Afro-Caribbean, Chinese and East Indian business owners. Destination Toronto describes the neighbourhood as known for vintage clothing, street food and specialty grocers, bakeries and cheese shops.
