Who it suits

Niagara Falls cruise and casino day tour: sample itinerary

This is a sample 11-hour plan, not a fixed schedule. It adds up from the planning allowances shown, inside the 10 to 12 hours of the day, and the order, the length of each stop and the casino hour are confirmed with you for your date. Drive time follows Niagara Falls Tourism; stop lengths are our planning allowances, not published visit times. The day changes with your start time, the season and traffic.

  1. Hour 0:00

    Pickup in the GTA

Your driver-guide collects you at your hotel or home in the GTA. The calendar offers hourly starts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; a day that starts at 8:00 AM and runs 11 hours ends about 7:00 PM.

  2. Hours 0:00–1:30

    Drive to Niagara

About 1.5 hours by the QEW in normal traffic, depending on where you start; Niagara Falls Tourism warns that rush hour and busy weekends can double it.

  3. Hours 1:30–2:45

Niagara Parkway, Whirlpool and Floral Clock

The Parkway follows the gorge to the Niagara Whirlpool, where the river bends sharply at the foot of the Whirlpool Rapids. Between May and October the stop can take in the Floral Clock, a Niagara Parks planting about 12 metres (40 feet) across.

  4. Hours 2:45–3:45

Table Rock Centre and the Horseshoe Falls

Table Rock Centre is Niagara Parks' visitor centre at the brink of the Horseshoe Falls, which drops about 57 metres (188 feet). The sample plan allows about an hour at the Falls viewpoints.

  5. Hours 3:45–4:45

Niagara City Cruises boat ride (seasonal)

About 20 minutes on the water, plus boarding and any queue, to the mist at the foot of the Horseshoe Falls; each guest gets a poncho. The boat sails only in season and in safe conditions, and when it does not we confirm what replaces it.

  6. Hours 4:45–5:45

    Clifton Hill

Niagara Falls' entertainment street, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Table Rock Centre and the Horseshoe Falls, with arcades, attractions and restaurants. Admission to individual attractions is not included.

  7. Hours 5:45–6:45

    Fallsview Casino Resort (19+)

About an hour at Fallsview Casino Resort on Fallsview Boulevard. Guests must be 19 or older with valid government-issued photo ID, and guests under 19 cannot enter the gaming floor. Nobody has to play, and nothing spent there is part of the tour price.

  8. Hours 6:45–11:00

Dinner, the drive back and drop-off

Dinner near the Falls is at your own cost (the plan allows about 1.5 hours), then about 1.5 hours back to your pickup address, traffic permitting. The last 75 minutes of the day are a buffer for traffic, queues and slower stops.

Sample route, not to scale

Your GTA pickup about 1.5 h by the QEW Whirlpool & Niagara Parkway about 75 min on the Parkway Table Rock Centre about 1 h at the Falls Boat ride (seasonal) about 1 h with boarding Clifton Hill about 1 h on Clifton Hill Fallsview Casino Resort (19+) dinner, then about 1.5 h back
Late-start and evening variant

Want the Falls lit? The Falls are lit every night of the year, from 4:30 PM in November and December to 8:30 PM from 15 May to 31 July. The calendar's latest start is 3:00 PM, which reaches Niagara at about 4:30 PM, and the boat follows daytime hours: after sunset boats sail only to the outer edge of the Falls. Whether the lit Falls fit into your day depends on your start time and the plan we confirm. The 2026 fireworks series is over (it ended on 12 October) and no 2027 dates were listed when we checked on 13 October 2026. If the evening is the point, see our Niagara Falls Night Tour.

Niagara Falls Night Tour · from $1,499 total for 1 to 4 guests · 4 hours

Tickets, seasons & itinerary changes
  • How the hours add up (arithmetic, traffic permitting): about 3 hours of driving, about 5 hours 15 minutes at five stops, a 1.5-hour dinner and a 75-minute buffer make 11 hours. A 10-hour day leaves little buffer, and a 12-hour day leaves about an hour more for slower stops.
  • Tickets and queues: according to Niagara City Cruises, a ticket bought ahead saves the wait at the ticket booth but not the wait to board, and it cannot guarantee a departure within a booked slot. Dinner, casino spend, other admissions and gratuities are not included.
  • Seasons: the boat sails only in season and when weather and water conditions allow, and the Floral Clock display runs from May to October. When the boat is out of service we confirm what replaces it for your date. Hours change by date, so see the table of what is open when.
  • The casino hour: Fallsview Casino Resort admits only guests aged 19 and over, and the sample plan allows about an hour.
  • The order of stops can shift with the boat's hours, queues, traffic and weather. We confirm the running order for your date by email, and your driver-guide may rework the plan for traffic, weather, closures or safety.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. We need at least 24 hours' notice for a booking. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee. The cancellation terms that apply come with your booking confirmation; see section 7 of our Terms and Conditions. Need a different date? Contact us before the 24-hour cutoff and we will do our best to reschedule, subject to availability. Because the boat ride and attraction hours depend on the date, a new date can change the running order.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size, date and preferred start time. The calendar offers hourly starts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We need at least 24 hours' notice for a booking.
  2. Send your request. Select Book now in the calendar. It sends a request, not a confirmed booking: we confirm availability by email, as soon as possible after we receive it.
  3. Tell us who is coming. Email info@voyzo.com with your pickup address and everyone's ages. Guests under 19 cannot enter the casino floor, so we can discuss what they do during that hour.
  4. Get your trip details. Once confirmed, we email your exact pickup time and your driver-guide's details before the tour.

Reserve now, pay later. Your booking is a request until we confirm availability by email. Your card is charged 48 hours before your tour date; if you book within 48 hours of the tour, you pay when you book.

Fallsview Casino: age, ID and what to expect

The casino on this tour is Fallsview Casino Resort, 6380 Fallsview Boulevard; Niagara Falls Tourism lists Casino Niagara as a separate casino. Guests must be 19 or older with valid government-issued photo ID to enter, which is also the minimum age for an Ontario casino floor under the AGCO's Registrar's Standards for Gaming. The casino checks ID for anyone who looks under 30 and asks for two pieces from anyone who looks 21 or younger. Guests under 19 cannot enter the gaming floor, and babies in arms and strollers are not permitted in the casino. Shirts and shoes are required, the casino is smoke-free inside and cannabis use is not allowed. The sample plan allows about an hour; playing is optional, and nothing you spend at the casino is part of the tour price. Voyzo does not operate Fallsview Casino. If you or someone in your group wants support with gambling, ConnexOntario offers a free, confidential service on 1-866-531-2600 (or text CONNEX to 247247), at any time of day.

Tickets, queues and what is not included

The tour as described includes a seasonal boat ride, and the group price also covers all tolls, parking and fuel. Niagara City Cruises says a ticket bought ahead saves the wait at the ticket booth but not the wait to board, which can be long between 11 AM and 6 PM from mid-June to Labour Day and on holiday weekends, and that a booked slot does not guarantee a departure time at peak periods. Dinner, casino spend, other admissions and gratuities are not included.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC. In Toronto and Niagara Falls, tours are operated using a dedicated fleet and drivers provided through Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company. Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

One driver-guide drives the vehicle and leads the day for your group. A separate tour guide is not part of the booking.

The driver-guide and the vehicle are licensed and insured.

Accessibility

Access varies from stop to stop, and the vehicle is confirmed separately. Describe any mobility needs before you book and we will ask the operator what can be arranged; a wheelchair-accessible vehicle cannot be promised until it is confirmed for your date. Boat ride: Niagara City Cruises describes the Voyage to the Falls as wheelchair accessible. Table Rock: Niagara Parks lends wheelchairs first come, first served. Fallsview Casino Resort: wheelchairs are lent first come, first served at its Group Operations Desk, and it has accessible washrooms. Questions about your needs: info@voyzo.com.

Children, teenagers and child seats

Children are welcome. Email info@voyzo.com with everyone's ages and any need for child or booster seats. Guests under 19 cannot enter the casino's gaming floor, and babies in arms and strollers are not allowed in the casino, so we can discuss what they do during that hour. We cannot promise seats: the operator confirms what is available before the tour, and Ontario law sets the rules by a child's age, weight and height. On the boat, Niagara City Cruises requires a ticket for every rider, infants included, and allows small to mid-size infant strollers.

What to bring and the weather

Pack valid government-issued photo ID (the casino asks for it), a camera, shoes that can get wet and layers for the weather. Niagara City Cruises hands out a poncho on the boat and warns that you will get wet from the mist. The casino requires shirts and shoes.

Weather and closures

Niagara City Cruises says it cruises only when conditions are safe, so weather or water conditions can cancel a sailing. Each attraction publishes its own hours, which change by date, and your driver-guide may rework the day around traffic, closures or safety.

Group size and vehicle

The price tier follows your group size: the starting price covers up to 4 guests and bigger groups move up the ladder to 56. We match the vehicle to the group and confirm it with your booking. Choose your group size in the booking calendar.

A GO Train and WEGO day costs less per person than a private day at any group size, so a private day is about convenience rather than saving money: one group total, a planned route, pickup in the GTA and a driver-guide. It does not include any casino spend and does not guarantee a boat departure.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the Niagara Falls cruise and casino day tour cost?

The Niagara Falls Cruise & Casino Day Tour costs US$1,499 in total for 1 to 4 guests and US$3,999 in total for 35 to 56 guests. The tiers in between are US$1,799 for 5 to 6, US$1,999 for 7 to 10, US$2,499 for 11 to 14, US$2,999 for 15 to 28 and US$3,499 for 29 to 34 guests. Prices are for the whole group, in US dollars, with no added taxes and all tolls, parking and fuel included, and each price covers the tour as described, 10 to 12 hours. Dinner, casino spend and other admissions are not included.

What is included in the price, and what is not?

The group price covers a private vehicle with a licensed, insured driver-guide, pickup and drop-off in the Greater Toronto Area, all tolls, parking and fuel, and the tour as described, which includes a seasonal Niagara City Cruises boat ride. Dinner, casino spend, other admissions, gratuities for your driver-guide, extras such as a helicopter flight and time beyond the day are not included.

How much is the tour per person?

A single guest pays the whole US$1,499, two guests would split it to about US$750 each, three to about US$500 and four to about US$375. Dividing each larger tier by the top of its band gives about US$300 each at 6 guests, US$200 at 10, US$178 at 14, US$107 at 28, US$103 at 34 and US$71 at 56 when the vehicle is full. A group pays one total, so treat these as a guide and not as a per-person fare.

How long is the tour, and how far is Niagara Falls from Toronto?

The Niagara Falls Cruise & Casino Day Tour runs 10 to 12 hours from pickup to drop-off. Niagara Falls is about 125 km from Toronto Pearson, and Niagara Falls Tourism says the drive from the Greater Toronto Area usually takes around an hour and a half but can double at rush hour or on weekends. Time beyond the length confirmed for your day is charged extra; the rate is not published, so request a custom quote.

Which start time should we choose, and does it change by month?

The booking calendar offers hourly start times from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and a start time is a request that we confirm. Add about 1.5 hours of driving to your pickup time to find when you reach Niagara. From 13 October to 28 November, Niagara Parks' published boat hours are about 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so a 3:00 PM start, arriving at about 4:30 PM, cannot include the boat, while a morning start can. In summer 2026 the boat's hours ran to 7:30 PM (checked 13 October 2026).

Where do you pick up and drop off, and how late can the day finish?

Pickup and drop-off are included anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, whether that is your hotel or your home. For Toronto Pearson Airport, email info@voyzo.com your flight times and we confirm the pickup when you book. Pickup outside the GTA is not included: request a custom quote, for example for a pickup at a Niagara Falls hotel. A 10 to 12 hour day that starts at 3:00 PM, the latest start in the calendar, ends between about 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM, so tell us the finish time you need and we confirm it when you book.

When will my pickup time be confirmed?

We email your exact pickup time once your booking is confirmed, before your tour date. The start times in the calendar are only requests, so we settle on a time that suits the boat's published hours and where you are collected. Please email info@voyzo.com with where you are staying.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee. The cancellation terms that apply come with your booking confirmation; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. We need at least 24 hours' notice for a booking. To change your date, contact us before the 24-hour cutoff and we will do our best to reschedule, subject to availability.

How does booking work, and can I reserve now and pay later?

Pick your group size, date and preferred start time in the calendar, then select Book now to send a request. We need at least 24 hours' notice. The booking stays a request until we confirm availability by email, and you can reserve now and pay later. Payment for a confirmed booking goes through third-party payment processors. Your card is charged 48 hours before your tour date; if you book within 48 hours of the tour, you pay when you book.

Is the boat ride included, and when does it run?

Yes, when it is sailing: the tour as described includes a seasonal Niagara City Cruises boat ride. Niagara City Cruises runs the roughly 20-minute Voyage to the Falls, and it cruises only when conditions are safe. Niagara Parks' published 2026 hours show daily sailings to 28 November, Friday to Monday only in December (the last on 28 December) and none from 29 December to late April 2027 (checked 13 October 2026).

What happens when the boat is not running?

The boat ride is seasonal, typically spring to late autumn and only when weather permits, and Niagara Parks' published hours list no sailings from early January to late April 2027 (checked 13 October 2026). The calendar accepts requests for those dates, so we confirm what the day includes in place of the boat ride, and what the price covers, before we confirm your booking. Look at the season guide first, and email us your date if you want to know what applies.

Which casino does the tour visit, and how long do we stay?

The tour visits Fallsview Casino Resort at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard in Niagara Falls, not Casino Niagara, which Niagara Falls Tourism lists as a separate casino. The sample plan allows about an hour there. Whether the stop can be longer, shorter or swapped for another stop is confirmed when you book, so email us if you would like more or less time.

How old do you have to be to go into Fallsview Casino, and do we need ID?

Guests must be 19 or older to enter the casino at Fallsview Casino Resort, which is also the minimum age for an Ontario casino under the AGCO's Registrar's Standards for Gaming. Bring valid government-issued photo ID: the casino checks ID for anyone who looks under 30 and asks for two pieces from anyone who looks 21 or younger. Guests under 19 cannot enter the gaming floor (checked 13 October 2026).

Can children or teenagers under 19 come on this tour?

Children and teenagers ride with the group, but guests under 19 cannot enter the gaming floor at Fallsview Casino Resort, and babies in arms and strollers are not permitted in the casino. Email everyone's ages to info@voyzo.com or add them in the quote form on this page. Child and booster seats are confirmed with the operator before your tour, and Ontario law sets seat rules by a child's age, weight and height.

Do I have to gamble, and is any casino spend included?

No, nobody has to play, and no casino spend is part of the tour price. Voyzo does not operate Fallsview Casino, and anything you spend there is your own choice and your own money. The resort also has restaurants and shops. If you or someone in your group wants support with gambling, ConnexOntario offers a free, confidential service on 1-866-531-2600, at any time of day (checked 13 October 2026).

Is there a dress code at Fallsview Casino, and can we smoke there?

At Fallsview Casino Resort shirts and shoes must be worn, and clothing with obscene, offensive, intimidating or threatening messages is not permitted. The casino is smoke-free inside, with covered and heated outdoor smoking terraces, and cannabis use is not allowed on the property (checked 13 October 2026).

What does a typical day on this tour look like?

A typical day adds up to about 11 hours. It runs from a pickup in the Greater Toronto Area and about 1.5 hours of driving through the Niagara Parkway, Table Rock Centre, a seasonal boat ride, Clifton Hill and about an hour at Fallsview Casino Resort (19+), then dinner at your own cost and the drive back. This is a sample plan built from planning allowances, not a fixed schedule.

Can I make changes after booking?

Usually. Write to us before the 24-hour cancellation cutoff and we will do our best to move your date or adjust the plan, subject to availability. A different date can change which stops are running, since the boat and the attractions keep their own hours. A day longer than 12 hours needs a custom quote.

Who guides the tour, and who operates it?

Your group has one driver-guide, who drives the vehicle and leads the day, and the driver-guide and the vehicle are licensed and insured. A separate tour guide is not part of the booking. You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC. In Toronto and Niagara Falls, tours are operated using a dedicated fleet and drivers provided through Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

How many people can come, and which vehicle do we get?

Anyone from a single traveller to a group of 56 can book, and the price follows the size of the group. The starting price covers 1 to 4 guests, bigger groups move up the tier ladder, and we match the vehicle to the group and confirm it with your booking. Choose your group size in the booking calendar; for 21 to 56 guests, choose “> 20” in the group-size list, type your group size and click outside the box to update the price (the calendar accepts up to 56 guests).

Can we add Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower, a helicopter flight or a winery tasting?

Possibly, but the booking calendar has no extras step and this page shows no prices for them. Email info@voyzo.com with what you have in mind, and we reply with availability and a price. Every extra uses time inside a day of 10 to 12 hours, so a long wish list may cost you a stop, and winery tastings are for guests aged 19 or older. If the helicopter is the main event, see our helicopter, boat ride and lunch tour.

Is dinner included, and where do we eat?

Dinner is not included: the sample plan allows about 1.5 hours for it at your own cost near the Falls. Falls-area restaurants serve into the evening; for example, Skylon Tower's Revolving Dining Room lists dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and recommends reservations (checked 13 October 2026), and Fallsview Casino Resort has restaurants on site. Email us any dietary needs or a time you must keep.

Is the tour suitable for wheelchair users or limited mobility?

Each stop has its own access arrangements, and a wheelchair-accessible vehicle cannot be promised until the operator confirms one for your date. Niagara City Cruises describes its boat ride as wheelchair accessible, Niagara Parks lends wheelchairs at Table Rock first come, first served, and Fallsview Casino Resort lends them the same way at its Group Operations Desk and has accessible washrooms. Describe your needs before you book and we will ask the operator.

Do I need a passport for this tour?

No border is crossed: every stop is on the Canadian side of the Falls. Canada says an eTA is not needed for travel within Canada, but carry government-issued photo ID, which the casino asks for as well. What you need to enter Canada in the first place depends on your nationality and how you arrive, so check canada.ca before you travel. Visiting the American side means crossing the border and is a different tour.

Is the boat ride the Maid of the Mist, and who runs it?

No: the Canadian-side boat ride on this tour is run by Niagara City Cruises, formerly Hornblower Niagara Cruises, which has sailed from the Canadian side since 2014. Maid of the Mist's Canadian-side service ended in October 2013, and Maid of the Mist now sails from the U.S. side. The ride lasts about 20 minutes, gives each guest a complimentary poncho, and you can expect to get wet from the mist.

Is a private day better than a casino shuttle, the GO Train or driving?

That depends on what you want from the day. A GO Train plus WEGO package costs less per person than a private day at any group size, at CAD $22 on weekends and CAD $34 on weekdays (Niagara Parks, checked 13 October 2026), while a private day gives your group one total, a planned route, pickup in the Greater Toronto Area and a driver-guide, so nobody has to drive. Casino shuttles and coaches also exist, with fares and schedules that vary by operator.

About the Niagara Falls cruise and casino day

Added up, the sample plan comes to about 11 hours: roughly 3 hours of driving, about 5 hours 15 minutes at five stops, a 1.5-hour dinner at your own cost and a 75-minute buffer. The numbers are planning allowances rather than a timetable, and the day itself can run 10 to 12 hours.

The casino is one stop in a day built around the Falls, and it is a stop for guests aged 19 or older; nobody has to play. The season shapes the rest: the boat ride is seasonal and the Floral Clock is on show from May to October. For the Falls without a casino stop, see our private tour from Toronto; for the Falls after dark, see our Night Tour.

The Canadian-side boat ride on this tour is run by Niagara City Cruises. The Voyage to the Falls takes about 20 minutes and ends in the mist at the base of the Horseshoe Falls.

Fallsview Casino Resort, at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, is the casino on this tour. Niagara Falls Tourism lists Casino Niagara as a separate casino.

Niagara Falls is made up of three waterfalls: the Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls and the smaller Bridal Veil Falls. Table Rock Centre is Niagara Parks' visitor centre at the brink of the Horseshoe Falls.
