  1. Start

Pickup in the Greater Toronto Area

Toronto skyline and the CN Tower

We confirm where the cruise ends, and how your group gets from there to its drop-off, in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. Voyzo has not set out what happens if the vessel cannot sail, so ask us before you book. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size, date and start time. We need at least 24 hours' notice, and the calendar's hourly start options run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  2. Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
  3. Share your wishes. Put your pickup address, drop-off address, dietary needs, mobility needs and children's ages in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
  4. Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact pickup time and the boarding point ahead of the tour.
How the hours work

The price covers a tour of 1 hour. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option. Voyzo has not published how the hour divides between the pickup transfer and the time on the water; we confirm that by email. Time beyond the booked hour is charged additionally. If you want a longer cruise, tell us by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page, and we confirm whether it is possible and the total in your booking confirmation.

Boarding point and pickup

Voyzo has not published a dock, marina or address for this cruise. We pick your group up anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, at a hotel, a home or the airport, and we confirm the boarding point and your pickup time by email once we confirm availability. Pickup outside the GTA costs extra: request a custom quote. Tell us your pickup address and your drop-off address in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com.

The route

The usual route is described to us as staying in the inner harbour with the skyline and the Toronto Islands in view, and it does not dock. Sugar Beach, the Redpath refinery and Gibraltar Point Lighthouse may or may not be in view, depending on the route on your date, which we confirm by email.

Prosecco, drinks and food

A glass of prosecco is included for each guest aged 19 or over, and soft drinks are provided for guests under 19. Ontario's legal drinking age is 19 (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario), and the City of Toronto says you may be asked for photo identification when buying alcohol, so bring yours. We confirm other drinks on board by email. Meals and snacks are not included. Tell us about dietary needs or allergies when you book.

Season and weather

Voyzo has not published this vessel's sailing season, its weather rules or its winter 2026-27 availability, because we do not have them in writing; we confirm all three by email before you book. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals for the Toronto city station put the average daily high at 14.6 degrees Celsius in October, 8.1 in November, 2.6 in December and -0.3 in January.

Group size and the vessel

The booking calendar sells groups of 1 to 56 guests in seven price bands, and the price is one total for the group. Voyzo has not published the vessel's passenger limit, so we confirm by email that it suits your group size. Larger groups are matched to a larger pickup vehicle. Tell us your final group size when you book.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. Voyzo has not named the operator of the vessel or who hosts you on board; we confirm both by email before you book. A licensed, insured driver takes your group to the boarding point.

Accessibility

Voyzo has not published the vessel's or the boarding point's accessibility, and we do not claim step-free boarding, a ramp or toilets on board. Tell us about any mobility needs before you book, and we confirm with the operator what can be arranged for your group. Questions go to info@voyzo.com.

Children

Tell us your children's ages in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com. Guests under 19 have soft drinks, not prosecco. We state no minimum age, lifejacket rule or size limit because we have not confirmed one for this cruise; we confirm the details for your children by email.

What to bring and the weather

Bring a layer. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals show a July daily high of 25.3 degrees Celsius at the Toronto Island station against 27.0 at the Toronto city station. Bring photo identification if anyone will have prosecco. If you must finish by a set time, say so by email or in the quote form.

Tickets and extras

No admission is involved: the cruise does not land anywhere. The City of Toronto's ferry to the Toronto Islands is a separate trip with its own fare and is not part of this tour. Gratuities are not included.

This booking is one total for the group, from US$1,299 for 1 to 4 guests, so the cost per person falls as the group fills its band: about US$325 each for four. Pickup in the Greater Toronto Area is included in the price, but Voyzo has not published how the hour divides between the transfer and the time on the water, so we confirm that by email with your boarding point and time. The booking calendar lists hourly start times from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (checked 29 October 2026).

Where does the cruise leave from?

Voyzo has not published a dock, marina or address for this cruise, so we confirm the boarding point by email once we confirm availability. We pick your group up anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, at a hotel, a home or the airport, and take you to the cruise, which sails on Toronto Harbour. Tell us your pickup address in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com.

What will we see on the cruise?

The cruise gives views of the Toronto skyline and the CN Tower, which the tower's own website puts at 553.33 metres, and of the Toronto Islands, all from the water. The usual route is described to us as staying in the inner harbour; it may also pass Sugar Beach, the Redpath refinery and Gibraltar Point Lighthouse. We confirm the exact route for your date by email.

Does the cruise stop at the Toronto Islands or land anywhere?

The cruise does not stop at the Toronto Islands or land anywhere: it is a sightseeing cruise that does not dock, so the Islands are seen from the water. Guests who also want to land on the Islands use the City of Toronto ferry, which is a separate trip and fare. The City lists three routes from mid-April to mid-October and a winter schedule from 14 October with Ward's Island departures only (checked 29 October 2026).

Is prosecco included, and what is the drinking age?

A glass of prosecco is included for each guest aged 19 or over, and soft drinks are provided for guests under 19. Ontario's legal drinking age is 19, according to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and the City of Toronto says you may be asked for photo identification when buying alcohol, so bring yours. We confirm any other drinks on board by email.

Can children come on the cruise, and what do they drink?

Tell us your children's ages when you book, in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com. Guests under 19 are given soft drinks rather than prosecco. Voyzo states no minimum age, lifejacket rule or size limit because we have not confirmed one for this cruise, so we confirm the details for your children by email before the tour.

Is the cruise private, or could other people be aboard?

Voyzo books this cruise for your group, and the pickup vehicle is for your group only. Voyzo has not published whether the vessel carries anyone else or whether the whole vessel is yours, and we confirm that by email before you book.

How many people can go on the cruise?

The booking calendar sells groups of 1 to 56 guests in seven price bands. Voyzo has not published the vessel's passenger limit, so we confirm by email that the cruise suits your group size, especially for larger groups. Tell us your final group size when you book; larger groups are matched to a larger pickup vehicle.

Can we book a sunset or evening cruise?

Voyzo does not offer a sunset or evening cruise in its booking calendar: the hourly start times run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM only (checked 29 October 2026), so we do not promise one. If you want a different time, ask in the quote form or at info@voyzo.com, and we reply by email on whether it can be arranged.

Does the cruise run in winter, and what happens in bad weather?

We do not have this vessel's sailing season or weather rules in writing, so we confirm both by email before you book: whether the cruise runs on your date and what happens if it cannot sail. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals put the average daily high at the Toronto city station at 2.6 degrees Celsius in December and -0.3 degrees in January. Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations.

Is the cruise accessible for wheelchairs and strollers?

Voyzo has not published the vessel's or the boarding point's accessibility, and we do not claim step-free boarding, a ramp or toilets on board. Tell us about any mobility needs, a wheelchair or a stroller before you book, and we confirm with the operator what can be arranged for your group. Questions go to info@voyzo.com.

What should we wear or bring on the cruise?

Bring a layer. Environment and Climate Change Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals show a July daily high of 25.3 degrees Celsius at the Toronto Island station against 27.0 at the Toronto city station. What are Sugar Beach and the Redpath refinery?

Sugar Beach is a waterfront park at the foot of Lower Jarvis Street, which Waterfront Toronto lists as officially opened on 9 August 2010. Waterfront Toronto describes the Redpath refinery as its neighbour across the Jarvis Slip and says freighters dock in the slip to deliver sugar. Whether they are in view depends on the route on your date.

Who runs the cruise, and who is on board?

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo stays your point of contact. Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured (section 10 of our Terms and Conditions). Voyzo has not named the vessel's operator or who hosts you on board; we confirm both by email before you book.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply, and section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. Voyzo has not set out what happens if the vessel cannot sail, so ask us before you book.

How does booking work?

Booking is a request: pick your group size, a date and a preferred start time in the calendar, then press its “Book now” button. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice, and nothing is confirmed until we confirm availability by email. After that we send your exact pickup time and the boarding point. About the Toronto harbour cruise with prosecco

This cruise is for groups who want the Toronto skyline and the Toronto Islands from the water in a booked hour, with prosecco for guests 19 and over and pickup anywhere in the GTA. The vessel itself is the part Voyzo cannot yet describe: its size, passenger limit, sailing season, boarding point and who hosts on board are confirmed by email before you book.

Season and weather shape any cruise on Lake Ontario. Voyzo has not published this vessel's sailing season; the dated table in the Itinerary section lists what we have read, and we confirm the rest by email.

The downtown skyline and the CN Tower are in view from the harbour. The tower's own website gives its height as 553.33 metres (1,815.5 feet) from base to the top of the antenna, and says it was finished on 2 April 1975 and opened to the public on 26 June 1976 (checked 29 October 2026).

The City of Toronto names Centre Island, Hanlan's Point, Ward's Island, Olympic Island, Algonquin Island and Snake Island as areas of Toronto Island Park. A City of Toronto natural heritage report (2024) says it is widely believed that most of the sediment that makes up the Islands came from the erosion of the Scarborough Bluffs, and that a major storm in 1858 broke through the narrow isthmus joining the peninsula to the mainland; the resulting passage, which the report calls the Eastern Channel, has been maintained over the past 160 years by dredging and the construction of seawalls and jetties. This cruise sees the Islands from the water and does not land.

The City of Toronto describes Gibraltar Point Lighthouse as over 200 years old and the oldest stone building in Toronto, standing on Gibraltar Point just north of Gibraltar Point Beach. Sugar Beach, at the foot of Lower Jarvis Street, was officially opened on 9 August 2010 and covers 8,500 square metres with 225 metres of shoreline, according to Waterfront Toronto, which describes the Redpath refinery as its neighbour across the Jarvis Slip and says freighters dock in the slip to deliver sugar. Which of these are in view depends on the route on your date, which we confirm by email.
