Canada's Wonderland private day tour: sample day

This is a sample day, not a fixed schedule. How the 8 hours divide between the drive, your time at the park and the drive back depends on your pickup address, your start time, traffic and the park's hours for your date, and no time is set on this page except the 8-hour total. We confirm your pickup and return times by email.

  1. Start

    Pickup at your address

Your driver-guide collects your group at an address in the Greater Toronto Area: a hotel, a home or the airport. The calendar offers hourly start times from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and we confirm your exact pickup time by email.

  2. On the way

    Drive to Vaughan

Canada's Wonderland is in Vaughan, just north of Toronto. The park's own directions for drivers use Highway 400 to Rutherford Road (Exit 33) and then north on Canada's Wonderland Drive. This page states no journey time, because it depends on your address, the hour and traffic; the City of Toronto says weekday rush hour is more than an hour long, with heavy traffic from 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.

  3. Arrival

    Drop-off at the park

The park lists a passenger drop-off and pick-up area on the east side of its main parking lot, off Jane Street between Norwood Avenue and Avro (the park's pages name it Avro Avenue and Avro Road). We confirm by email where your driver-guide drops off and collects your group, and the time of the return pickup.

  4. At the park

    Your day at Canada's Wonderland

The park says it has more than 200 attractions including 18 roller coasters, two children's areas and Splash Works, which is included with park tickets. Park admission is not in the price: you buy tickets from the park. How long you stay depends on the 8 hours, your pickup address and the park's hours for your date.

  5. Finish

    Return to your address

Your driver-guide takes your group back to an address in the Greater Toronto Area at the time we confirm by email. Time beyond the 8 hours is charged additionally; we confirm the rate.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded. Your booking confirmation carries the cancellation terms that apply; section 7 of our Terms and Conditions covers cancellations. A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel or change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff; we will try to reschedule, subject to availability. Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions describes how independent operators fit in.

How booking works
  1. Choose your group size, date and start time. We need at least 24 hours' notice, and the calendar's hourly start options run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  2. Send your request. The calendar's Book now button sends a request rather than a confirmed booking.
  3. Share your pickup address and any wishes. Put your pickup address, the date you have in mind, children's ages, mobility needs and any time you must be back by in the message box of the quote form on this page, or email info@voyzo.com.
  4. Receive your confirmation. Once we confirm availability by email, we send your exact pickup time and pickup details ahead of the tour.
How the hours work

The price covers 8 hours. The booking calendar shows one price per group size and has no length option. How the 8 hours divide between the drive from your address, your time at the park and the drive back depends on your pickup address, your start time and the park's hours for your date, so we confirm your pickup and return times by email. Time beyond the 8 hours is charged additionally; ask us for the rate by email to info@voyzo.com or in the quote form on this page.

Who runs your tour

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com.

Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours, such as flights, boat rides and attraction visits, are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured.

On this tour one driver-guide drives the vehicle for your group. A separate tour guide is not included; if you want one in addition to your driver-guide, it can be added at extra cost. We confirm by email whether the driver-guide goes into the park with you. The driver-guide and vehicle are licensed and insured.

Park admission and tickets

Park admission is not included in the price. You buy tickets from Canada's Wonderland, which says every guest aged 3 or older needs one, guests under 3 do not, and Splash Works is included with park tickets. The park says its tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, that it does not issue rain checks and that ticket insurance is offered at checkout. Because your Voyzo booking is a request until we confirm it by email, you may prefer to buy park tickets after our confirmation. The park takes cashless payment only (checked 29 October 2026).

Park dates and seasons

Canada's Wonderland sets its own operating days and hours. We found no 2027 opening date on its website as of 29 October 2026, and it lists WinterFest on select nights from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. It says some attractions close in bad weather until they can run safely. Check the park's calendar for your date and tell us the date you have in mind; the dated table in the Itinerary section lists the sources.

Children and the chaperone rule

Tell us how many children are coming and their ages, and ask us about child seats; we confirm by email. Canada's Wonderland requires every guest aged 15 or younger to be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone aged 21 or older, enforced daily from 4 PM and earlier if the park decides, with at most ten such guests per chaperone, and it may ask for photo ID. Guests under 3 need no ticket. The park has two children's areas, KidZville and Planet Snoopy, and checks ride heights at stations on International Street.

Accessibility

Tell us about any mobility needs before you book, and we confirm what can be arranged for your group. At the park, Canada's Wonderland runs an Attraction Accessibility Program that uses the Access 2 Entertainment Card, which only Access2 issues and which you apply for before your visit. The program does not provide immediate boarding, and every guest must still meet each ride's height and health requirements. The park rents a limited number of wheelchairs and electronic convenience vehicles and recommends that guests bring their own. The park's FAQ says electronic convenience vehicles are not available during WinterFest.

What to bring and the weather

Wear comfortable shoes and clothing for the weather. The park requires shirts and shoes in queues and on all pathways and says scarves and other loose clothing must be removed or secured on roller coasters; swimwear is not allowed on rides outside Splash Works except Riptide, Timberwolf Falls and White Water Canyon. Winters are cold and snowy: Environment Canada's 1991 to 2020 normals for Toronto Pearson show an average of 31.5 cm of snowfall in January. The park does not issue rain checks.

Food, drink and dietary needs

Canada's Wonderland does not allow outside food, beverages or coolers, but it permits baby food and formula and bottled water or refillable bottles (no glass), and it has a public picnic pavilion just outside its front gates. It says guests with medical dietary needs will be considered, warns that many foods contain or may touch common allergens such as wheat, peanuts and soy and that it cannot guarantee against cross-contamination, and asks guests with a severe allergy to contact the park before visiting. Meals are not included in the Voyzo price.

On the rides: phones, cameras and bags

The park prohibits filming on rides and does not allow loose articles on them, so phones and cameras must be secured in cargo pockets, a waist pack, a ride-platform bin, a locker or left with a non-rider. AlpenFury has metal detection that requires phones and cameras in a locker or bin. Lockers are at the Front Gate and at the Splash Works entrance for a fee the park sets. Guests may leave and re-enter with valid admission and a photo taken at entry, and they pass the metal-detection screening again.

Group size and vehicle

Groups of 1 to 56 guests can book: the calendar lists 1 to 20 guests, and for 21 to 56 you choose “> 20” and type your group size. Groups are matched to a vehicle: an SUV for up to 6 guests, a Sprinter van for up to 14 and a coach for up to 56. We confirm the vehicle for your group when we confirm your booking. Count everyone riding in the vehicle, children included.

Is park admission included when I book this tour?

No. The price covers the private vehicle, the driver-guide, pickup and drop-off in the Greater Toronto Area and all tolls, parking and fuel. You buy tickets from Canada's Wonderland, which says every guest aged 3 or older needs one and guests under 3 do not. The park says Splash Works is included with park tickets, and that its tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How long is the tour, and how many hours do we get at the park?

The tour is 8 hours. How much of that you spend inside the park depends on your pickup address, your start time and the park's hours for your date, so this page gives no fixed figure; we confirm your pickup and return times by email. Time beyond the 8 hours is charged additionally, and we confirm the rate by email.

Where does the driver drop us off and pick us up at Canada's Wonderland?

The park lists a passenger drop-off and pick-up area on the east side of its main parking lot, off Jane Street between Norwood Avenue and Avro (the park's pages name it Avro Avenue and Avro Road). We confirm by email where your driver-guide drops off and collects your group. Your own pickup and drop-off are at addresses in the Greater Toronto Area, such as a hotel, a home or the airport.

What time does the tour start, and how does booking work?

Choose your group size, date and start time in the booking calendar, which offers hourly start times from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at least 24 hours before your tour. Your booking is a request until we confirm availability by email. We then email your exact pickup time and pickup details before the tour. You can also ask for a quote by email with the form on this page.

Where does pickup happen, and is the airport included?

Pickup is at any address in the Greater Toronto Area: a hotel, a home or the airport. Drop-off at an address in the GTA is included too, along with all tolls, parking and fuel. Pickup outside the GTA is not included and costs extra: request a custom quote. A pickup far from Vaughan leaves less of the 8 hours at the park, and we confirm how the day fits your address.

Is the tour private, and who is with us in the vehicle?

Yes. The vehicle and the driver-guide are for your group only, though the park itself is shared with its other guests. Groups of 7 or more are matched to a larger vehicle: an SUV serves up to 6 guests, a Sprinter van up to 14 and a coach up to 56. One driver-guide drives the vehicle for your group; a separate tour guide can be added at extra cost.

Who runs this tour, and is it licensed and insured?

You book with Voyzo FZ-LLC, and Voyzo remains your point of contact for booking, pricing and support: info@voyzo.com. Some private tours run on the vehicles and drivers of Voyzo's affiliated Canadian operating company; other tours are run by independent operators, all professionally licensed and insured. On this tour one driver-guide drives the vehicle for your group, and the driver-guide and vehicle are licensed and insured.

Can I book for a large group, such as 10 or more guests?

Yes. The calendar sells groups of 1 to 56 guests: $2,499 for 7 to 10 guests, $2,999 for 11 to 14, $3,499 for 15 to 28, $3,999 for 29 to 34 and $4,499 for 35 to 56. For 21 to 56 guests, choose “> 20” in the group-size list, type your group size and click outside the box so the price updates. We confirm the vehicle for your group when we confirm your booking.

Is the private tour better than taking public transit to Canada's Wonderland?

It depends on your group. Public transit means Line 1 to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station, then a York Region Transit bus and a 5-minute walk to the park (the park's and the TTC's directions), and it costs less in total for one or two travellers. The private tour costs more in total, but gives your group one vehicle and a driver-guide from a GTA address to the park and back, with no changes.

Is Canada's Wonderland open in November and winter?

Canada's Wonderland lists WinterFest on select nights from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, and we found no 2027 opening date on its website as of 29 October 2026; its 2026 Opening Day was Sunday 3 May. The park sets its own operating days, so tell us the date you have in mind when you request your booking and we confirm it by email.

What happens if it rains at Canada's Wonderland?

The park says some attractions may close in bad weather until it is safe to run them, and that it cannot issue rain checks. Its tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and ticket insurance is offered at checkout. You can cancel your Voyzo booking up to 24 hours before your tour date; the park's ticket terms are separate and are the park's own.

Do children under 16 need an adult at Canada's Wonderland?

The park requires every guest aged 15 or younger to be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone aged 21 or older. It enforces the rule daily from 4 PM, and earlier if it decides, allows one chaperone for no more than ten such guests and may ask for photo ID. Guests under 3 need no ticket. Plan for an adult aged 21 or older in your group, and tell us your children's ages.

Can I bring food and water into Canada's Wonderland?

The park does not allow outside food, beverages or coolers, but it permits baby food and formula and bottled water or refillable bottles (no glass), and it has a public picnic pavilion just outside the front gates. It says guests with medical dietary needs will be considered and asks guests with a severe allergy to contact the park before visiting. Meals are not included in the Voyzo price.

Is Canada's Wonderland wheelchair accessible?

The park runs an Attraction Accessibility Program that uses the Access 2 Entertainment Card, issued only by Access2 and applied for before your visit; it does not provide immediate boarding, and each guest must meet every ride's height and health requirements. The park rents a limited number of wheelchairs and recommends bringing your own. For the vehicle, tell us your mobility needs before you book and we confirm what can be arranged.

Can I take my phone on the rides, and where can I store bags?

The park prohibits filming on rides and does not allow loose articles on them, so phones and cameras must be secured in cargo pockets, a waist pack, a ride-platform bin, a locker or left with a non-rider. AlpenFury has metal detection that requires phones and cameras in a locker or bin. Lockers are at the Front Gate and the Splash Works entrance, for a fee the park sets.

Is Splash Works open year-round?

Splash Works is the park's 20-acre water park, and the park says it is included with all park tickets. The park describes it as its summer water park and listed its 2026 Splash Works Opening Day as Saturday 30 May. We found no 2027 dates on the park's website, so check the park's calendar for your date, and pack swimwear if it falls in the water park's season.

What is the cancellation policy for this tour?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your tour date is not refunded; the cancellation terms that apply are provided with your booking confirmation (section 7 of our Terms and Conditions). A booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. To change your date, email info@voyzo.com before the 24-hour cutoff and we will try to reschedule, subject to availability.

How long is the drive from Toronto to Canada's Wonderland?

This page gives no fixed journey time, because it depends on your pickup address, the hour and traffic. The park's directions for drivers use Highway 400 to Rutherford Road (Exit 33) and then Canada's Wonderland Drive, and the City of Toronto's visitor guide warns that weekday rush hour is more than an hour long, with heavy traffic from 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. We confirm your pickup time by email.

About the private day tour to Canada's Wonderland

This day is for groups who want a private ride to Canada's Wonderland and a day at the park. Voyzo's price covers the vehicle, the driver-guide, pickup and drop-off in the Greater Toronto Area and the tolls, parking and fuel; the park sells admission separately and decides which days and hours it is open.

Seasons shape the plan at a park. The booking calendar offers start times from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, while the park lists WinterFest on select nights from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, and in winter the weather matters. Tell us the date you have in mind, and we confirm the pickup and return times by email once your booking is confirmed.

Canada's Wonderland is in Vaughan, just north of Toronto, at 1 Canada's Wonderland Drive, and its website says it has been open since 1981. The park says it has more than 200 attractions including 18 roller coasters, two children's areas (KidZville and Planet Snoopy, which it says offer more than 25 rides and attractions) and Splash Works, a 20-acre water park that is included with park tickets (the park's website, checked 29 October 2026).

Getting there without a car is a two-step trip: the TTC directs visitors to take Line 1 to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station and then a York Region Transit 320 or 020 bus, and the park lists routes 20 and 320 stopping at Jane Street and Norwood Avenue, a 5-minute walk from the park. This tour replaces that trip with a private vehicle from your address in the Greater Toronto Area; the park's own passenger drop-off and pick-up area is on the east side of its main parking lot, off Jane Street between Norwood Avenue and Avro (the park's pages name it Avro Avenue and Avro Road) (the TTC and the park's directions, checked 29 October 2026).

Seasons matter at a park. Canada's Wonderland describes itself as a four-season amusement park: it lists WinterFest on select nights from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, and we found no 2027 opening date on its website. A booking for this tour is a request until Voyzo confirms it by email, so check the park's calendar for your date and tell us the date you have in mind (checked 29 October 2026).
